I turned to the sleek brand as it was historically the only brand locally made for my mid to fair complexion afro Caribbean skin. I am so disappointed that the dark contour palette is so insipid it barely has any colour that shows up. It's so faint. Such a shame this brand has been ruined.

I love their lipsticks they’re so affordable and really pigmented long lasting which I love. I also love their contour powder it’s really blendable and pigmented too.

The products are typical drugstore quality and price point. Some items are better than others, such as the liquid lipstick being a good formula and the cream highlighters being very fine and long lasting. A big selling point is that the packaging looks nice and elegant. The highlighter palettes are a perfect size for travel.

The only downside is that here in the US, suppliers are not consistent with stock - for example I only see this brand during christmas at the drugstore and the website does not have option to buy. Seems to be online only at Ulta. So unfortunately is difficult to sample.

I made an order and It arrived broken. I sent 3 emails in total to get my broken items shipped again, 2 of the emails were answered. They asked me for pictures of the broken makeup (wich I had already sent in the first place), so I sent them again. They then asked me to review my shipping adress to see if everything was ok (wich it was, because I RECEIVED MY PACKAGE ALREADY, with no problems) and then there was no more responses. They closed my account, and I can't login. I wrote to them a 3rd time and they didn't answer. I'm really dissapointed, since I wanted to buy from them again. Oh well...

ORDERED ITEMS & PAYMENT TAKEN FROM A/C 10/3/17. EMAIL RECEIVED STATING DELIVERY DATE 17/3/17. ORDER NOT RECEIVED. COURIER WEBISTE SHOWS 'DELAY - ITEM WITH SENDER'. SENT MESSAGE TO SLEEK VIA CONTACT FORM ON UK & IRELAND (HEAD OFFICE) WEBSITE, EMAILED, PHONED, RESORTED TO TWITTER & FACEBOOK - TODAY'S DATE IS 3/4/17 & STILL NO REPLY WHATSOEVER. INTITIALLY WANTED DELIVERY DATE OF ITEMS, NOW TOTALLY FED UP & JUST WANT A REFUND. REALLY A SHAME, HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH SLEEK PRODUCTS PREVIOUSLY, BUT AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM DIRECTLY AGAIN. SLEEK, GET YOUR CUSTOMER CARE SORTED - NO EXCUSE FOR THIS POOR SERVICE.

My parcel was lost somewhere in delivery and I emailed the company to figure out where it was. They gave me all the possibilities as to where it might have ended up (left at local post office etc) and when we couldn't find it they offered me a choice of a refund or a replacement. Very helpful.

Jeg bestilt 5 øjenskygge palettes og flere andre ting. Det kostede omkring 560 kr. Det var så svært at betale på deres side, fordi de har en anden virksomhed, der trækker penge fra os. Der var lidt forvirret med Visa eller Visa Debit kort.

Der var lidt af min skyld at jeg skrev et etage nummer forkert på min adresse. Så prøvede jeg at skrive en email til at kontakt dem om det... Der var intet svar på email, så søgte jeg en anden måde til at kontakte dem. Jeg fandt deres side på Facebook, så skrev jeg til dem og fik jeg et svar til sidst...

De fandt ud af at min pakke blev sendt tilbage til UK. De gav mig bare penge tilbage uden spørge om hvad jeg ønsker (Jeg ville gerne have at de prøver at sende en pakke til mig igen.)..... Jeg mistede flere penge til det, pga. valutaen ændres. Det lader som om at de er ligeglad eller gider ikke at sælge deres produkter.

Købte to iDivine paletter og modtog dem indenfor en uge, hvilket er absolut rimeligt for et udenlandsk site.
Kvaliteten er helt på højde med de dyrere mærker, og til ca. 75 kr. stykket er det absolut over, hvad jeg havde forventet.

The quality is up to par with the more expensive brands. Really nice
