Purchased a ResMed AirSense 10 with a heated tube and water chamber. Excellent communication and item was despatched promptly and arrived the next day. Can finally sleep again! I’ll be purchasing a replacement mask shortly and now my go to CPAP supplier. Thank you!

I would give 0 but there is no option.
Made an appointment which they cancelled 1 hour beforehand.
Eventually found ‘The old Vicarage’ the place was a huge house in its own grounds it took us over an hour to find it as there are no signposting. On entry the house looked abandoned, parcel force parcels were all over the doorstep and outside a wood cupboard pilled high! No entrance to a ‘physical shop’ as suggested. No one in the place, almost derelict. It reminded me of a facility that could be used illegally. Steer clear!

I would like to update my review in the light of some very positive changes. The company got back in touch with me on a number of occasions to rectify the problem. I must say, they went above and beyond offering me a reduction in the product I wanted and even delivered this personally to my home in a very stormy Friday evening! So well done sleep-tight!!
In fact other company’s could learn a thing or 2 from a company with customer service at the heart 10* and a huge thank you!!

Needed a water chamber for a humidifier for a discontinued CPAP machine which still works brilliantly. Found Sleep Tight - was slightly concerned as a first time purchaser - however they had one in stock, so I purchased it. Turnaround was so quick! Item was dispatched and delivered the next day. I can now look forward to sleeping without nasal irritation again and saved me £500 from having to purchase a new CPAP machine. So thank you thank you thank you- will definitely purchase from Sleep Tight again!
