Avoid this company, I have never experienced such an unprofessional service from a company, they put the wrong colour, 2 different materials, doors & drawers fell off, wrong measurements many times, damaged my ceiling. Put one unit in damaged & said they could chalk it to try hide the damage. What a nightmare, if I could turn back the clock I’d never go near that company. Ikea looks better

Brilliant communication (before and after install) and quality of doors is great, really pleased we took the plunge after initially hesitating due to some online research of the parent company.
Would recommend this particular francise.

What an absolute shambles. If I could give zero stars I would. Workmanship was poor, multiple visits required and still the problems have not been resolved, and it seems Sliderobes are incapable of fixing the problems. Shocking company. Avoid.

Professional friendly service from start to finish. Couldn't ask for better and I love my new wardrobe.

I ordered a new closet for my house. Initially Sliderobes provided a very efficient service and the designer Manuel seemed very good. When it came time for installation the problems started.
The finished result was extremely poor. My builder, a carpenter by trade was shocked - he said it was some of the worst workmanship he had seen. To start with the handles down one side were uneven, they were out by about 5mm. Then there was the scribing, it looked as though it had been done by a beaver.
I contacted Sliderobes on three occasions and also rang Manuel twice but no one answers or replies to emails.
I really feel duped and would warn others about using them.

From the start we were shown round their range of wardrobes carefully. Then Alex viewed the small bedroom where we wanted a fitted wardrobe and discussed with us our requirements. Very helpful. Carl, the fitter, was absolutely brilliant and meticulous. We couldn’t have got a better service.

The second time we have used sliderobes and again we are delighted we can not fault them, professional from beginning to end ! Well worth the money will definitely recommend.

Great service, other companies said they did bespoke fitting when they actually meant , here’s the sizes we can offer. Sliderobes from the start asked US what we wanted and then made it to truly fit our home! Then came the fitting, Carl was professional and courteous and despite having difficulties with his vehicle prior to arriving just got on with the work with the minimum of disruption. The whole team at Sliderobes are great, I couldn’t recommend them enough

Having decided to have fitted wardrobes as against individual Wardrobes I went about looking for suppliers, I found 4 each giving me quotes after chatting to their salesmen. To cut a long story short I chose Sliderobes, I liked their non pushy tactic, they were not the cheapest but I certainly don't mind paying for a quality product !! Nothing is to much trouble for this company, excellent from start to finish. Professionally fitted, quality products, delighted with the end result.

Have never dealt with a less professional company. Took three visits for snags to be rectified and now I have realised all the shelves are the wrong size and not symmetrical. Would 100% not recommend using them.

Following my review a more comprehensive response(below) was received to the negative review than to my email directly to sliderobes. I was issued a generic response( which was only issued after following up).

Polite, efficient service and they delivered exactly what they said they would. Excellent value for money too!

The quality of the materials and ingenious use of awkward spaces; Pól O’Hagan quickly understood our needs and what would work well. Master bedroom installation has the wow factor and daughter’s bedroom has delighted her. Fitters are easy to work with, so courteous, polite and clean. We had some issues this time with installation but totally out of sliderobes control; hard to find a business not affected by supply chain issues but in the end, Ruairi pulled out all the stops he could and communicated very well with me. In my opinion, it’s worth the investment and compares very favourably with other market options.

2 sliding wardrobes fitted in two different rooms (over two days).
From visiting the showroom, liaising with Yvonne for my design appt to the designer coming out and helping design the best use of the space and thereafter the bespoke wardrobes being fitted I couldn't be happier. The joiner was quick and efficient and cleared up fully after himself I'd definitely recommend.

I'm delighted with my new walk in wardrobe - I can confirm they can definitely work with maximising awkward spaces! Every part of the service was great, from the design appointment through to the service of the office staff and the joiner who fitted for me (very tidy, efficient and did a fantastic job). I'd definitely recommend and would use again.

Very disappointed in after sales. Been trying from start of December to get someone out - no response despite several phone calls to and establish a date as to when they would be available. Several weeks on and no response. I sent a formal compliant to them in 21 December - again no response - no acknowledgment- nothing - do I need to go the Ombudsman now! Pathetic service .
