Very good and tasty

It was really really really good with good time for my order to come I would recommend

Terrible service throughout. You wait to be seated but the server walks off, places a table card down, then comes back and tells you to sit there. Never been before so no explanation of how to order. Have to go to electronic board to order, won’t let you amend toppings on burger. Had to the wait at counter, just to be ignored over and over again. When I told them to amend the order it was already on the counter. However had to wait another 5 minutes for food to be brought over. Then the shake wasn’t brought so had to ask for it.

Went to Slim Chickens and honestly won’t be rushing back. The goujons were tiny — more like scraps than proper chicken pieces. The portion of chips was barely anything, definitely not what you expect for the price they charge. For what I paid, I expected a decent meal, but it just wasn’t value for money at all. Pretty let down overall

Same as other chicken shops. Just different name.

My son would have probably given 5 stars. But he didn't Pay the bill.

It's Difficult to fault the technical application of fast food chicken here.

There seems to be a good process and staff are trained or instructed to say all the right things.

The quality of the chicken was fair. I tasted better, but wasn't disappointed.

I found the many options of sauces I've never heard of was a bit risky for someone spending so much for a one-off treat.
The wrong choice could spell disaster and spoil my afternoon.

Having A table service option was good. No need to stand around waiting for your order.

I like having all inclusive meals, including refil sodas. I went to place recently where you had to order every item individually.

I was disappointed with the cheap kitchen towel on each table, in place of tissues or serviettes. It looked cheap and tacky, inconsistent with the standard and aesthetics of the restaurant.

I appreciated the attempt to provide an alcoholic drink option. However, without wine, Guinness or standard beer options, it was hardly worth it.

I decided to give 4 stars instead of 3, as my criticisms are found in all slim's competitors.

Why did you not get 5 stars?

There must be at least 1 thing that is outstanding. Whilst you did nothing badly. Nothing was amazing.

There where no decent no carbohydrates offers.
KFC offers 6 large peices of delicious just chicken without chips or frills for less than £12

You can see from the pictures, the large basket, half full of bread, chips and sauce containers, is not great value at £17.95

Good experience, however, because of the price point I'm unlikely to visit very often, other than a relatively rare treat for my son - Still KFC for me.

The food is fresh and tasty, I really recommend the burgers and the salad, staff are friendly and very helpful, for sure must to visit!

I went in the dundrum location and I was the first in line with my brother and grandma we got free slim chickens bags and free chicken cause first thirty people get a free tender I saw a bad review about someone saying that a wing was raw like how you swapped it out for sure and the staff are great the place was clean and once again the food was great! And we met Darragh that tiktocker he was nice and we took a picture and my brother did a video with him best place ever.

Slim chickens is exactly right, my chicken must have been on a diet as there was naff all there , more like popcorn chicken than tenders , so expensive for what it is , kids still hungry after theirs I’ll never go back there , dic turpin had the courtesy to wear a mask, this outfit will rob you in broad daylight and smile about it

Good food and grate sevice my server was destiny, and as always, she is a remarkable member of staff.

Lower prices. Food is over priced. Fries need work. Two slices of bread do not negate small amount of chicken.

Crawley branch. Sticky tables, sticky floors. Kitchen roll on the tables dirty from greasy hands grabbing. Toilets absolutely disgusting. Sweet chilli dip tasted very off. Food was ok, but suffered stomach issues not long after. Not impressed.

We were robbed in the store
There was no security , a disgusting lack of care in a central London busy location
The music was far too loud downstairs there was no cameras pointing at the booths
Basically, your company allowed us to be robbed , do not use this company they do not care

​My experience with Slim Chickens, particularly the salads, has been consistently fantastic—they're always fresh and tasty across every branch I've visited. The food quality and speed of service at the Bridgend, Wales store were also excellent; our order was fast and delicious, delivered by three efficient staff members.
​However, the state of the Bridgend branch's cleanliness is a serious and persistent problem that urgently needs addressing.
​Major Issues with Store Cleanliness
​Filthy Floors: On multiple recent visits, the restaurant floors have been filthy. This is unacceptable, especially when there appeared to be plenty of staff available.
​Managerial Oversight: I observed a manager in all black standing idle at the end of the desk, occupied with his phone. It's disappointing that management isn't setting an example or delegating basic upkeep tasks like sweeping or mopping the highly visible dirty areas.
​Hazardous Toilets: The condition of both the standard and disabled toilets was appalling. The floors were soaking wet—a definite slip hazard. Worse, there was visible grime and buildup that has clearly been present for months, not just hours, despite my visits being only weeks apart.
​Conclusion and Call to Action
​It's a huge shame because I love the food and Slim Chickens is a favourite place to visit. However, the Bridgend branch has lost its mojo when it comes to hygiene. While I appreciate the fast service, I would happily wait an extra moment for the plentiful staff to be deployed to clean the visibly dirty dining and restroom areas.
​Cleanliness, especially post-COVID, should be a top priority. Since this issue does not seem to be universal across the brand, I urge the area management to take immediate charge and bring the Bridgend store's hygiene standards up to par with the quality of its food and service.

They forgot my drink and the sauces taste bad, the food is too oily

Food was average just another fast food establishment what was disgusting was the cost over £50 for 3 meals with a soft drink will certainly not return

Called to slim chicken Belfast 20 October for a celebration lunch with my hubby who had never been before. It was over £25 quid for 2 meals with cold chips and the chicken was super hot but tasteless. Both of us left thinking KFC would have been nicer. Don't think we will be back. Overpriced!
