Slip-Not® Rubber Flooring & Safety Matting Opiniões

So far you have done nothing, I have placed an order let’s see how you do in getting my order to me then I can rate you.
Update 6 Nov 2025
As I said I will update when I receive my parcel. Well I can say that delivery took a bit longer than I expected however, the quality of the product is very good, I would like to get 10 more but sadly I can’t afford them at this price therefore I will look around for some cheaper imitations. Overall Slip not have been ok definitely worth 4 stars.

This us an update to my previous 3star review.
initial contact was good.
I did then have various issues with some damaged products and incorrect information re fitting. which meant i was short of enough edge pieces.
However emailing Anna at customer service has resolved these problems with replacement and additional products sent.
She has communicated well to resolve everything.

Unbelieveably quick and helpful responses. Only issue is finding what you want on their website,,,,,,

The initial response is good, questions answered and delivery quickly.
From then on it has been difficult. A replace damaged tile awaited, promised free extra ramped edges did not come. The number of corners, confirmed by slip not was incorrect, they only allow square shapes.
Requesting extra corners by email , what's app and telephone, all not answered.
Beginning to regret order.

Easy to order good value for money ,All good so far

Best customer service

Placed one by the back door and it’s been greatt no more slipping when coming in with wet shoes

Ordering process was very smooth. It remains to be seen if the product arrives on time and does the job!

Danny/Dani - the outstanding person I spoke to.

Picked up a mat for the hallway nice grip under shoes lays flat, and makes the entrance feel a lot safer

Excellent service no stress and come really quickly 👍

I bought a mat for my garage floor and it’s been spot on no slipping no fuss just does what it should

The mat arrived quickly unrolled flat right away, and feels sturdy under constant use exactly what I needed.

The mat felt solid right out of the box laid down smoothly and hasn’t shifted an inch since.

Fast delivery, even arrived earlier than the notified time. Great product, helpful driver.

Wasn’t expecting to be this impressed the grip is solid and it’s made a huge difference in keeping our space safe. You can tell the material’s built to last. Everything arrived fast and well packed. Smooth from start to finish!

Simple - ordered Mat received Mat. Great service well done.

Impressed from the moment I opened the package. The item was high quality, well-packaged, and clearly made with care. You can tell attention to detail matters here. Customer service was friendly and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be back for more!

Excellent Quality and Service from Slip-Not!
I recently ordered some non-slip rubber matting from Slip-Not for my workshop, and I couldn't be happier with both the product and the customer service. The website was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I needed quickly. My order arrived on time, well-packaged, and the quality of the material exceeded my expectations—durable, safe, and exactly as described.

Their team was also very responsive when I had a question about installation. It’s rare to find a company that offers both top-notch products and great support. Highly recommended!
