I have been playing in this casino seems 2022 . was playing did a deposit of 35 europ, won so i was at 53 euro, i get an offer of a 35 euro bonus which i accept, my whole normal balance dissappears and im left with only a 35 euro bonus money balance which i cant withdraw, conntacted support they say my money dissappeared because i spent it all playing slots and there is no errors. which is bullshit since money went from 53 to 0 after accepting a bonus without playing anything after i accepted the bonus since i noticed my balance was 0.
