Today, This SCAMBUG slotmagic Casino took my 1000$ plus then the app/site started going on and off, last straw can’t play the game i bought a bonus from, due too site location kind of but other games are just working fine. Waiting over night same error never went away.
I closed my account. Should hav listen to my gut feeling not to play here and the negative reviews are real.

Do not use this casino app. They will not talk to me and have not given me my withdrawal that I won. Every other casino app I’ve used has been trustworthy. Slots Magic seems to be a scam. Stupid me.. made a mistake gambling with Slots Magic seems.

KYC accepted in the morning, asked again at night; I spent more time uploading bills than spinning.

Opened an account deposited £40 and was asked to verify my account, I uploaded a copy of my passport and took a selfie but for some reason this did not pass the test, so I sent it for review. I have also messaged the support team and as yet I have heard nothing from them and my £40 deposit has basically been stolen. These sort of sites should not be allowed to operate with such a sill system of identification in place and for anyone signing up be sure you try any verification before you even think of depositing cos who know when you will be able to get your money back. I should have read the reviews first. The runaround given for a measly $600 and yet they verified my ID and my bank card but my bank statements are blurry, excuse after excuse.
