Despite returning the car one month ago, I had to contact my credit card company to get my money returned.
They still are refusing to return my old Fiat, so I requested they provide any form of payment for the panda...now they are not responding at all.
I have contacted Auto Guard Warranties and informed them that I am convinced that SM Cars are having their cars diagnostic fault data removed, by either themselves or a local firm they use called GMB Auto Services, because I watched GMB do it to the car SM sold me, right in front of my own eyes...so, If you do buy a car from SM, the first thing I would do, is have the vehicle independently diagnosed...and if there are any issues, I would return it instantly, since any subsequent warranty claim WILL be thoroughly investigated by the guarantor, especially Autoguard...
If you have bought a defective vehicle from SM, please leave feedback and details of the sale on this forum.
If you are contemplating buying one from them, please be aware that they block all sales feedback on their sales sites including facebook.
I have contacted facebook regarding SM blocking this feature, as it implies there are no issues to potential customers regarding this company and its conduct, so could be very misleading...will inform you of Facebooks response.
