Unethical company
Unethical company! My partner worked for this company and was mislead information about his commission and bonuses. He disputed it with the company who refused to pay him the commission he earned. He left the company and ever since we’ve been in financial difficulty trying to get out of the hole they put us in. During this time I was on statutory maternity pay so my partner was our full income, his boss at Smart Numbers knew this but was happy not paying him for the work and business he had rightfully done. This company only look after themselves and those at the top of the tree. Stay clear!

Please confirm the FULL NAME of your partner, we can then confirm if he worked for Smart Numbers Ltd. It would always be preferable not to conduct these matters in the public domain, especially if you are not in fact in possession of all the facts.
However, until such information is provided, it provides a good opportunity to talk about the great team of people we have here, within the real “Smart Numbers Limited”.
The average length of service of Smart Numbers employees up to month ending October 21 is in excess of 6 years, we have staff from all over the UK & are inclusive employers in every sense.
We work hard at our culture, providing the best environment we can. We enjoy incredible sea views, across marinas & the Solent & we are currently building a brand new, 3 floor building, fit for a modern, growing company including modern, brand new interiors, digital wall art, brand new furniture, new tech, staff kitchen including free hot drinks, electric car chargers, outdoor space & free car parking to name but a few.
We perform at least 2 detailed appraisals per year, with constant attention to the workplace & staff well-being being provided every day.
We employ external HR consultants to ensure everything we do within our organisation & culture is legal, decent, honest & truthful – none of us are above the law & all are treated the same in terms of holidays, private healthcare, workplace pensions & many other employee benefits.
We also provide an extended probation for new starters, of up to 12 months to ensure they are provided a substantial amount of time to learn about our business, systems, products & culture before assessing their compatibility & progress within their role. Almost all will be taken off probation earlier than the time we allocate, simply by their work ethic & attitude shown early on in their careers.
There has only been 2 individuals since 2005 who have not made it through probation, both for reasons that would not be tolerated in any workplace, at any time, under any circumstances – let alone new to a job where your attitude, attendance, truthfulness & respect to colleagues are some of the first attributes to be measured.

Professional Service
We (Local Authority) have been using Smart Numbers for years now with no problems. We are very happy with the service and Vicki who has been helping us from the beginning she is very knowledgeable and always great communication, couldn't ask for more. Thank you :-)
