I received a few calls yesterday from Nikole James of Smarter Marketing Concepts requesting that I remove my Negative Reviews from the BBB and from Bark.com
I stated to her that once I receive the $448.00 refund I will remove my negative reviews for Smarter Marketing Concepts.
Her reply was once I remove/delete the negative reviews, then I will receive the refund... I told her NO NO NO, refund my $448.00 1st, I do not trust anyone there at Smarter Marketing Concepts...
I had indicated to her, that I will continue to post as many negative reviews for Smarter Marketing Concepts until I receive the refund in full...
I told her that I will do everything in my power to get their business license REVOKED, not suspended but REVOKED...
I will also file a formal complaint with the State Attorney General against Smarter Marketing Concepts.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Don't be as foolish as I was to hire this company... yes I was very STUPID to do business with Smarter Marketing Concepts, Voice Search Registration, APN, and whatever other business names that they use.

Stay away from Smarter Marketing Concepts, also known as Voice Search Registration, APN and other names.

I have photos and emails to prove what I am writing on here as well as all other review platforms

On April 1st 2024 I hired and paid in advance $248.00 for Voice Search platforms...

On April 10th 2024 I hired Smarter Marketing Concepts and paid ($200.00) to fix all of the addresses, phone numbers and hours of operation.

This company failed to do the work that I hired and paid for in advance.

I have emailed Shamir, Sam and Nikole of Smarter Marketing Concepts which was ignored and have not received any response from them.
I have called numerous phone numbers that they had or still have with out any reply.

I filed a complaint with BBB and wrote a negative review.

I wrote another negative review on Bark.com

I finally received a phone call approximately 1 hour ago from Nikole who indicated that Smarter Marketing Concepts will refund my money after I remove the negative reviews...

I told Nikole No No No, after and only after I receive $448.00 refund I will give a better review and give a positive review.

Nikole indicated that she will talk with Sam and Shamir about my refund..

I will continue to write negative reviews to as many companies have a place to write a NEGATIVE review to as many as I can find.
