I would like to say that I am very…

I would like to say that I am very disappointed with the work of SmartPosti, as my shipment from Poland was handled by DHL eCommerce, who then handed it over to SmartPosti. However, I did not receive any information about the status of my parcel.

I called SmartPosti directly, but they told me they did not have any shipment and redirected me elsewhere. I kept trying to find out who DHL eCommerce cooperates with, and everywhere I found information that it is SmartPosti.

After sending three more emails to SmartPosti, I finally received an SMS from SmartPosti reminding me that my parcel was in a parcel locker. They then claimed that I had received this information from DHL eCommerce.

Thank you — after a week of searching for my parcel, I finally found it, and certainly not thanks to them. I hope I will not have to deal with them again. :(

Avoid at all costs

They don't bother to contact you to let you know that the parcel is in the terminal. Instead, it is just kept there before being returned to the sender. They don't care how inconvenient or expensive their negligence is to you.

I do not recommend this company’s…

I do not recommend this company’s services. Four out of five parcels are not delivered to the nearest or selected parcel locker, but instead are taken to a locker located many kilometers away, on the other side of the city — and this happens consistently. I do not understand the logic behind their delivery process.

Absolutely does not solve problems

Absolutely does not solve problems; the call center service is terrible. When requested to change the parcel locker, they refuse to do so. They focus not on the end recipient, but on their own rules. When asked to extend the locker holding period, they did not send any message about how long the parcel would be kept. In the end, according to their “rules,” my parcel was returned to the sender, causing additional problems for both the sender and me. The worst service ever! I do not recommend them!!

Where Is My Package?

I order packages online regularly, and this has been my worst courier experience so far. My shipment from Germany to Latvia has been “lost” for over 10 days, and customer service has been unable to locate it or provide any clear update on when (or if) it will arrive.
Despite repeatedly requesting additional private information “to investigate,” no actual help or resolution followed. Communication has been slow, vague, and ineffective. I am still waiting, with no answers and no accountability.
Very disappointing service — I would not recommend this courier to anyone.

Shipment from Germany

Shipment from Germany, original carrier DHL.
The courier not only did not call the contact phone number or send an SMS (as couriers from other companies do – this is standard practice), he never showed up at all!
Yet he marked that the delivery failed because “the recipient could not be reached”. I checked my video camera recordings – the courier never came. This happened two days in a row. I was at home all day. I live in a large city, on one of the main thoroughfares.
I filled in their redelivery form, sent two emails and also wrote via the contact form. No reaction.
Such a careless attitude to customers is a disgrace to the company’s partners and also seriously damages Lithuania’s reputation. In my case I had no other choice (the sender stated that the parcel would be delivered to my home and handed it over to DHL). If you can, avoid this company by a wide margin – any other logistics company will be a better choice.
