0 stars. Terrible customer service from the female workers. They just want your money. Would not recommend anyone to service here. So close to having friends and family come but better off at another self storage that don't lie.

They told use we get prorated for days we don't use as long as it wasn't over 10 days . We got everything out on the 3rd as quick as possible just to find out they won't refund anything. They never told us we were supposed to tell them 30 days ahead. Other self storage isn't like that. Will never come back.

Amazing people and extremely friendly and helpful. Would rent there every single time.

I had another storage space and company on hold, unfortunately I found out that there were a lot of theft happening at the facility. I called Lakewood Storage and Christian answered all my questions and more. He was kind and courteous. I felt my things were in a safe place and area. I appreciate and would like to Thank Christian, for all his patience and kindness during my transition.

I recently acquired a unit at Lakewood Self Storage. The check in was good the guy who I signed up with did fine.

I have to visit the unit pretty often. Out of 3 visits in 2 weeks all of the parking spaces were taken in the lot that is closest to my unit. Another guy that was there at the same time said that he has noticed that the 2 other cars were there every time he was there. There are only 3 parking spaces.

I was there on July 9 and again the 2 cars were there. One lady with dark curly hair and drives a Corolla, was just parking and it looked like she had her lunch with her. I asked if she worked there. She said that she didn’t, but she knows the staff. What?!? I explained that 2 of 3 times that I was there that I had to play musical cars because the 2 spaces were always taken. Is it possible to park somewhere else?

Her reply “it’s employee parking as well. There is another parking lot on the other side of the complex.”

I replied “Is there access to my unit from there? I was told this entrance was the most convenient to access my unit.”

She shrugged her shoulders and said, “ there is usually one space available.” Turned and walked away.

Apparently customers don’t matter and it’s more important to make sure that the the employees can be lazy and park in the closest lot event if it means inconveniencing them. Obviously customer service is not priority. Only use this facility if there isn’t another place available.

I pay a premium to have a unit in a temperature controlled area. What’s the point if I can access the unit due employees who refuse to walk a few extra steps. All they have to do is allow one employee to park in each lot so that there they are taking up one space leaving room for the more paying paying customers. Oh well!

The staff at Lakewood Self Storage are always pleasant, professional, and very helpful. The facility is quiet and clean. It's the best storage facility we've ever used.

Always very clean and quiet. The only inconvenient thing is the hours. They close at 7pm every day except 3pm on Sunday. That’s probably partly what keeps the riff raff out though so I think its worth it. I have used the public storage on the traffic circle a few times, this place is a lot better.

Facility is usually very clean. Although lately some inconsiderate customers have left immense amounts of trash that we cannot throw away little scraps without going out of our way to find a trash can. Customer service is amazing. Nita is wonderful
