prepare for smi errors, when booking smi conferences
When everything is booked via smi & going to plan, then its very good forum for international defence operators to collaborate. I've booking and attending several events, after the chaos caused by a smi error, prior to my last event with smi; i am now raising this on the web. After the error was fixed, i asked for the complaints procedure, all i got was a sorry & see you at the event. The response was a simple apology, which did not address the stress & work caused by the last minute error, caused by smi. Had i not seen the email with the smi error, then i would have paid for an event, had it incorrectly cancelled (when i did not request it so) and as this was 1 working day before the event, so there was very limited time to get this fixed.
