Excellent service
Really friendly and knowledgeable Inspector. Super thorough snag report. We’ve been in our home 9 months and still 104 snags were found. Report was in our mail box 48 hours later inclusive of photos and details.I’d definitely recommend

So easy
So easy, unlike a lot of other snagging companies, with PSC you just go on their site and you can complete the entire booking process without needing to speak to anyone. Price is very competitive too.
On the inspection day, a lovely guy showed up and methodically inspected every inch of our new house, logging down snags on the PSC app as they went around. Found over 130 snags to be remediated by our builders (things I'd have never know to look out for).
After the inspection, only a day later, a full detailed report was emailed to me (can also be downloaded again from their site) that I can provide to the builder to get the snags repaired.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Paid over £400 for a snagging survey to be done on our new build. The inspector they sent out was vile, and not only this he behaved in an extremely unprofessional manor. We then found out the inspector used to work for the company that built our new estate so our report was completely void. The company were not willing to refund us after truly putting us through hell. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. DO NOT USE. SHOCKING.
