I organise a skiing tour for more than 30 people each year, who come from different parts of the country for varying lengths of stays. This is the third year in a row I booked the tour through SNO which has made my life a lot easier. In particular, Greg has been very attentive and responsive in helping me

First booked with SNO in 2024 for the 2025 ski season, and ever since I have been a happy, returning customer. George is fantastic, I couldn’t recommend him enough. I used to find booking the annual ski trip so stressful (particularly when trying to organise a chalet for a group that kept changing in numbers and the trip preferences kept evolving) but George has helped with this process so much. He is incredibly knowledgeable, proactive, organised, communicative, helpful and just all around lovely to deal with.

From an enquiry on line the SNO representative Calvin rang me to help. As it was a last minute decision to go to Tignes he did lots of background searches and after several conversations, he put together an excellent package. The Chalet Kitz was very good, Flight and transfer to resort good. Excellent communication throughout the process, highly recommendable.

I’ve booked through Sno for many years now, and they are always excellent. They provide a wide range of options looking at most ski tour operators meaning you don’t have to search individual sites for holidays.

The team are exceptionally knowledgable about most resorts and the accommodation on offer. Greg helped book our previous trip, and was knowledgable about the resorts, the conditions late season and good areas to stay in resorts.
