Hi Brendan, thank you for taking the time to share this. We’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this experience has been for you and completely understand why you’re upset.

Thank you for providing the extra information regarding your order. The tracking shows that the carrier attempted delivery but the addressee wasn’t available. The parcel was then held at the local facility but wasn’t collected in time, which is why it was returned to us. Situations like this are unfortunately outside of our control, but we always want to make sure you’re looked after.

We’ve issued a refund in this instance, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Hi Donny, thank you for taking the time to share this. We are really sorry that you are still waiting for your order and completely understand how frustrating that is.

I have checked your tracking and can see that your parcel was shipped from our warehouse on the 7th of October, but it was unfortunately stopped by Customs in the Netherlands and then returned to sender on the 30th of October. This type of Customs hold is outside of our control, but we know how disappointing it is when this happens.

The parcel is currently on its way back to us and is now showing as being in Sydney. Once it reaches our warehouse, we will be able to inspect it, understand what went wrong, and arrange to have your item re-shipped to you.

If you need anything in the meantime or would like us to keep you updated, please feel free to reach out. We are here to help and will make sure this gets sorted for you.
