Disappointed

I was disappointed with the product as I had purchased a wincheater many years ago, which I still wear, but this does not seem the same quality.

Hi Clare. You purchased a Kiama fleece jacket in Cobalt I see. If you are not happy with it please return it for an exchange or refund. We don't want disappointed Snowgum customers out there.

Great Quality

I ordered a super soft fleece scarf and some, gloves. The quality was very good, and the navy colour lovely. Fast postage and well packaged. Thank you.
I would definately order from Snowgumagain.

Helpful staff

I am grateful to the staff member who assisted my son to find an appropriate shoe in the correct size. My son has additional needs and the assistant was patient and understanding.

Wool travel pants.

The product - wool travel pants arrived promptly, and are cosy to wear. Washing before wear makes them softer on the legs.Narrower legs on the pants would have been preferable, but they will still get a workout.

I like the quality of goods offered by…

I like the quality of goods offered by Snowgum that are very specific to travelling and adventures . Also I appreciate the store management for their knowledge, their honest / friendly advice and flexibility in terms of changes.
