SocialChamp has been a fantastic tool for our organization. It makes scheduling social media in advance simple and efficient, which helps us stay organized and consistent. I’ve scheduled posts three days ago and none of them have been published. Their support only keeps telling me that the issue has been “escalated to the technical team,” while I just have to wait. This is a total waste of time and extremely frustrating. If you rely on timely post scheduling, beware — their platform cannot be trusted.

I have upgraded my rating based on the follow up actions made by Social Champ to rectify the issue. They refunded the amount taken, just leaving me out of pocket for the bank charges generated and slight difference due to the exchange rate fluctuation. They have supposedly identified the error so hopefully no one else has this happen and take up unnecessary time which everyone is short of these days.

I signed up as it stated that you have 7 days free trial and that you would not be charged. This is false, I was charged immediately. It did not meet my need and is expensive for what it is.

It's an honor to write about my honest experiences about SocialChamp on Trustpilot today. As a social media manager for multiple U.S. based brands, SocialChamp has significantly reduced the workload on my team and has allowed us to be far more productive - especially with regards to their scheduling features, which allow the team to craft and plan media calendars much more efficiently than before. In addition, how they enable us to schedule, craft, and manage video content like reels and stories on Meta products has been an absolute game changer for us.
However, SocialChamp isn't just the only media/digital management platform out there with all of the technical bells and whistles. The main reason why I've felt compelled to write a review (I rarely do for SAAS products) is because of the outstanding and unexpected personalized customer service.
Their service manager, Moniba, is and was a breath of fresh air. When we encountered a critical technical issue that was holding up our workflow for a major client, I sent in a message on live chat, with very low expectations as far as a fruitful, non-AI, non-botted resolution.
Within minutes, Moniba responded, listened to my concerns, and also personally took the issue to SocialChamp's in house engineering team for analysis. Within 24 hours, the major issue was resolved - but besides that, Moniba kept in touch in the chat with me throughout the process and reassured us that help was on the way.
These days, in an age of automation, low-cost bot driven customer service and client care, it's refreshing to have a company like SocialChamp that is really "on top of it" and has an attentive, dedicated, HUMAN backoffice team ready to help - any hour of the day, any day of the week - to address issues which can cost myself (and my clients) revenue.
So, thumbs up for SocialChamp and I wholeheartedly recommend then to any media/social team or agency that needs a reliable tool, and indeed, partner backing them up every step of the way.

Social champ is very buggy and it seems like the developers do not care to fix. Right now we have an issue with TikTok messages that does not go through and we already waiting 10 days to fix the bug.

I had a Meta issue today and reached out to support via chat and they not only solved it super quickly, but followed up to check I was all good afterwards.
