I hardly ever take the time to write reviews, but this product is terrible. They have taken an image from a fabric and blown it up to the point where the image is distorted and blurry. The curtains also have kind of a strange plastic textured. I have tried to give a little time to get used to them, but they look so bad.

Puckering on first item sent, was able to quickly get a replacement sent but minor similar issue in replacement, not confident third time would be the charm. overall its fine, would have expected higher quality for the price but friendly helpful customer support.

I was so excited about this order designed by an artist, truly beautiful colors, pillows, and a duvet cover. I received it, and I am literally in shock. The pillows are nice enough. I mean it’s just a photograph of a tweed design was secretly hoping it really would be a tweed but nonetheless at least it looks like what’s in the ad but the duvet that’s another story. Take your favorite picture and blow it up 1000 times and what will result is a very pixelated image it would be embarrassing to put this on my bed. I don’t think anybody would want to put this on their bed, I’m thinking it’s a quality control thing like an honest mistake. How could someone deliberately show a picture of something beautiful and then send them this pixelated image to on my king-size bed. Buyer beware. IMAGES MISREPRESENT PRODUCT
In case Society 6 sees my review you can call me and apologize and make it right? Could it be a manufacturing mistake? My order number is S618521.

It was my first order and I received a message that I would get 20% off but that discount did not appear on the order. I love the pillow, but with shipping ( and tax) it makes a small pillow mighty expensive.

Society 6 is a reputable company and provides many great products. I would normally rate them as 5 stars, but I have to admit that i get irritated when I receive a request for a rating when i haven't yet received the item.

Lost in mail after delay sending out. Second tîme ordered from you with delays. Item was sent through usps which is notorious for losing mail. Said it was delivered it was not. Society6 left it to customer to try to track down . Asked customer service to expedite new order and use ups or fedex and flag for accurate tracking. Just said new order put in no info about mail or expeditîng. Not great on customer service no phone not sure I would order from them again. Not even confident my order will arrive after a month!!! UPDATE - after they replied their CS rep sent to standard customer service bot they resent NO EXPEDITED mail, saying I should pay extra for that and no information how they will get this to me quicker saying with delivery after waiting a month it will take at least another 2 weeks to send . I asked for this to be expedited and left a phone number for management to call me. If you care about your customers do that or I assume this business is another internet scam that should be publicly exposed. When a business screws up that cares about its customers they try to make it right not just do the same thing it did before! Society6 has done nothing to resolve this situation.
