This is a scam but it’s a snake like scam because it deceives you to invest meaning once you purchase bitcoin currencies it’s not refunded. I lost three hundred dollars in two days.

The primary objective was to comprehensively revitalize our online retail presence through the Bigcommerce platform. This entailed not just a visual refresh but a complete re-engineering of the user experience to boost engagement and conversation rates. We aimed to make the site more initiative and user-friendly while enhancing its operational efficiency to manage higher traffic volumes and sales. Softlofts responsibilities encompasses a total design of our e-commerce site. This include developing a new user interface that was both aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate. They were also tasked with streamlining the backend processes to improve site performance, particularly in inventory management, order processing and customer data handling. Additionally the project involved implementing SEO strategies and integrating advanced analytics tools to better in customer behavior and preferences. The overhaul led to significant business growth. We saw an increase in overall sales and remarkably 20% rise in new user engagement shortly after the site’s relaunch. The improvements in site navigation and performance also resulted in a lower bounce rate and higher average session duration indicating enhanced user satisfaction. The project management style was proactive and detail-oriented.

Our Objective was to revamp our existing Magento store to enhance performance and Customer experience. We needed advanced Customization and Integration Capabilities. Softloft overhauled our existing Magento e-commerce site. This involve redesigning the user interface for better user experience, integrating advanced analytics for better decision- making, and optimizing the site for mobile responsiveness. They also enhanced our site’s security and implementing a more efficient content management system

EDIT: Their CEO has contacted me on Skype to ask me to remove the reviews, and if not "he will take actions" (How is this level of intimidation accepted?)They have then proceeded to review negatively our company (We are an e-commerce retailer) as "Payback" for leaving the negative review.

After $2900 and almost 3 months later what we have is: The same theme, with a different accent colour and updated hero logo

During the MVP, as we have provided all the changes and improvements, we wanted we have been told that it will go over the MVP budget, so they must be added to the next phase.

After we have gotten the link for the website with soft-loft's claim that it’s “Done”. We could not believe what it has been presented and we have asked for a report of time spent - Again, available upon contact. This will fully illustrate the type of service they offer “9 hours = $360 for Home page modifications” - No modifications have been done - Almost 4 hours for Menu/Footer updates – As you can see, there are NONE – The “ready” website still contains references/content from the Theme.

Now, here it comes when we have brought it up to Petr Datsko (Their CEO) and another lot of issues arose

Needless to say (As it has already been mentioned) - The professionalism is not in the discussion. Not that we are trying to march the “Client is always right” approach, but the rudeness with which we have been treated and the feeling of being cheated were very strong. He did not (After hours of communications – Again: Feel free to get in touch with us, we are willing to share our whole communications) even consider listening to us, and adamantly claimed that the way our money have been spent is not our problem, as long as they have completed a few points from the Requirement Document.

On a closing note, after almost a month since we have gotten the website and thinking this through, we don’t want this review to come off as Desperate or as a cry for attention, we have made our peace that we won’t see the money and that we have wasted our time with this company. But we really don’t want someone else to end up in the same situation we did.

The goal of cooperation with SoftLoft was to develop a full featured website for my photography business. SoftLoft was asked not only to setup a CMS (Wordpress) and customize a theme for my design but also to tune it for my needs: SEO, social media, CRM, eCommerce integration. Integration of services PHP development API integration Frontend development was done with 1 project manager + 2 developers in very short time.
It made for us easier management and for our clients it was easier control and understanding all system.
