Sogolytics Opiniões

I discovered Sogolytics while I was looking for a survey tool for my Master Thesis. Compared to other softwares, the free version gives you enough possibilities to start creating your own project and it will convince you to shift to a premium account to exploit all the features to their full extent.
Moreover, the graphic is very pleasant and easy to follow through.
Fully recommend!

I came across Sogolytics while searching for survey software for my dissertation research. I needed a professional survey with SPSS export capabilities. I emailed customer support several questions. They responded immediately and were very friendly. I would recommend working with Sogolytics.

The things I love from SoGoSurvey:
1. The customer support. They're fast, friendly, and gives step by step explanation which is so easy to understand. I asked so many questions before deciding to use SoGoSurvey for my research and they did not mind at all with all my detailed and prickly questions. They are also willing to recommend the appropriate product for your needs by showing you the plus and minus of each product.
2. The user-friendly products. I mean, I'm a total beginner in making online survey who is also a wreck when facing a technology I'm not familiar with. SoGoSurvey is easy to learn about and the customer support is always ready to help you when you really hit a wall. Also, they have display mode that is eye-friendly so users and their to be respondent who are prone to light sensitivity can feel at ease.
3. The type of questions available. From basic multiple choice to image choice to ranking questions, it is just so awesome having so many tools ready at your hand. Multiple drop-down and drill-down questions are my favourite!
4. Downloadable data result in csv format; it makes it easier for me when I want to clean my data set.
5. Student discount. Being a student is a hard challenge already and textbook prices sucks the life of student. SoGoSurvey’s student discount offers is such a beautiful gesture.
All in all, I’m more than willing to recommend SoGoSurvey to other people.

Our organization relies on Sogolytics for pre- and post-test assessments, and it has been an essential tool in our operations. This platform integrates effortlessly into our workflow, providing a robust solution for collecting and analyzing the critical data we share with our funders.

What sets Sogolytics apart is how well it supports our pre- and post-tests. Its flexibility and customization options enable us to design assessments tailored to each program, ensuring we gather meaningful, actionable insights. This has been pivotal in measuring the impact and progress of our initiatives.

The platform’s user-friendly interface has also revolutionized our approach to data collection. It simplifies assessment distribution to schools and students, saving us significant time and resources. For an organization dedicated to offering free programs to schools and students in need, this efficiency has made all the difference.

Our jail ministry is a 501c3 non-profit that has been using the SoGoSurvey tool for the last 9 years as a means for capturing key data points from volunteers. After one of our folks visit a specific jail to lead a Bible Study or Celebrate Recovery Group Session, they use a system link to simply input the visit date, facility name, type of visit, and number of attendees.

Because of the ease and speed of this 1-minute process, we achieve a very high compliance rate in reporting. Since 2017, our volunteers have used this platform to report nearly 3,700 visits within jails that were attended by more than 40,000 detainees. Thank you Sogolytics for your ongoing support for this vital part of our ministry operation.

We have been using SoGoSurvey/SoGolytics for a long time already and we still think is great. We haven´t found any tool as versatile as this. It allows us to track our surveys, get very different reports, send multi and single-use surveys, etc. We also love that we can customize our surveys and include our corporative image and logos. It is great!!! Highly reccomendable!!!

SoGoSurvey, which now goes under the name Sogolytics, is simple to get going with tasteful templates. You can drag/drop survey elements, then customise them if you so wish.
One feature I particularly appreciate is the inclusion of Previews of surveys and Testing of survey distribution functions. This way, you can make sure that everything is just as you want it before sending to a wider audience.
I typically send surveys to a known list of users and appreciate the survey tracking function, where I can see if respondents have opened their mail/clicked on the survey link, etc. and thereby offer them the support they need.
As a non-profit, we use the Plus license, which is sufficient for most cases, but I frequently wish I had the Pro or Premium versions, which I'm sure make the surveys all the more customizable and powerful.

Sogolytics is easy to use and the participation with my team is seamless.

I am undertaking a research project as part of my post-graduate studies. There is excellent support provided and the communications have been very prompt. There is a good range of question types that can be used for survey based studies. I look forward to learning more about the platform

I've been looking for a survey platform for my uni research project for a while and sogolytics is perfect! The freedom to include lots of audio clips in both question and answer choices was exactly what I was looking for. The customisability using form logics is also very useful. The best part is the free student access to a portion of the paid content - definitely recommend for anyone looking for something better than just a google form for research purposes.

Sogolytics is easy to work with, easy to use and provide a great experience for our clients.

I love how easy it is to create and complete surveys through sogolytics! Definitely a great way to conduct market research for any prospective entrepreneurs, or even college students performing research.

Sogolytics is very user friendly. Eveyrrhint on the website was very easy to understand and it made doing my senior project fun and stress free. I don’t typically write reviews but sogolytics impressed me!

Great way to create a survey. Would recommend for dissertation!

I have been through many alternatives but Sogolytics has been a champ amongst all. It allows me to access features that other companies don’t provide. I believe with platform like this one can enhance their work, especially for academic purposes.

We use SoGoSurvey (SoGolytics) at key points during the year to gather crucial insights into our community. The helpful layout tools and easy cross-platform compatability makes it a vital system for us. We would highly recommend it to anyone seeking to learn more about their audiences and demographics.

Sogolytics is an excellent platform for building online surveys. It boasts an intuitive UI, and is navigable by people without survey software experience. The resultant questionnaires are also visually impressive. It's one of the best tools I've used for academic and student research, and I'm planning on using it for an MSc research project collecting UK-wide data.

Created an account and used the free access. Then it asks me to try the premium feature FOC which I did, although I can't say the benefits justified the cost.
I've tried accessing my account results now and my account is blocked. This was not stated when upgrading that my account wouldn't revert to the free service. Now I need to start again and launch a new survey. Total waste of time

Sogolytics is an amazing tool to do personalised surveys, track your survey and analysed it. It provides a wide range of reports presenting data in different formats. It is really intuitive and easy to use. It is simply amazing.
