I can highly recommend Solfix, the workmanship is first-class nothing is to much trouble they are very reliable and polite, first class company.
My family have used them for years.

Just had two windows done, my son stayed home but when I arrived home I was amazed everywhere was really tidy and put back in place,the windows are absolutely perfect job well done guys

Enquired about a glass patio roof/ veranda I found these things have multiple names. Contacted the company recieved a prompt response from the sales person, (Paul) very pleasant with good product knowledge. Placed the order, final dimensions confirmed by the surveyor (Glenn) order live. Turned up when they said it would and installers were excellent, left the job clean and tidy were conscientious and careful 👍

THEIR PRODUCT IS JUST ABOUT OK. DON'T EXPECT ANY WARRANTY STUFF AS THEY DON'T WANT TO KNOW.

Bought a veranda (a glass canopy over a deck to you and me) which was erected yesterday. The quality of the workmanship and the people skills of the two erectors were second to none. A great job!
My only criticism is that having booked in for the build the day before the office did not keep us informed that the erectors were delayed on another job and could not actually get across to our job that day. Delays happen. But we were left hanging around on Tuesday with no information coming across as to what was happening.
Primarily though, we are delighted with the veranda.

Solfix replaced all my windows and I was delighted with there work and quality. The fitters were great, and a special mention to Steve at head office who managed the whole process perfectly.

Steer Clear

Frequently let down for appointments.
Work standard poor, which meant it had to be rectified - admittedly to an acceptable standard.
However, customer service levels left something to be desired.
Our suggestion - steer clear!
