The service from Soluxe Cleaning was fairly good overall. The team was polite and the cleaning was completed as expected, although there were a few areas that could have been handled with more attention to detail. Communication was also okay but could be improved. Overall, an average experience with some room for improvement.

We paid for a service to come on a Sunday at 12pm, and no one came. Not only did they not show up , they did not respond on WhatsApp, and furthermore declined our calls!!

We will be reporting this company for fraud

Exorbitant charges for NO service, DO NOT USE.

Avoid Soluxe Cleaning Services at all costs. We paid £405 for an end-of-tenancy clean, and the results were in line with a normal cleaning.

Rushed and botched job: They rushed a full end-of-tenancy clean in just 3 hours.

Zero attention to detail: Hair was left everywhere, kitchen cabinets were uncleaned, the bedroom table and bed frame marks were ignored, and limescale remained in the WC.

Theft of personal items: Their cleaners used and stole our personal cleaning products (including Dettols and wall cleaners) without permission.

Unprofessional management: When confronted, they asked to retrieve keys for a property we no longer possessed.

They are putting our deposit at risk and refuse to handle this properly. We will not stop until we get a refund, and we will be escalating this legally. Do not use them.

The cleaning was completed to a satisfactory standard, and the team was polite and arrived on time. While the overall service was decent, I felt there was room for improvement in attention to detail and communication.

paid over £500 for a deep clean in my house and was extremely disappointed. One cleaner came almost 2 hours late and they seemed to think that was okay because they would make the hours up like i didnt have plans myself.
Whilst waiting for the late one, the other cleaner started and i saw him effectively dust with no real product so every thing immediately became dusty again. Which made me concerned they didnt have the expertise to do this well.
I was right. On inspection there were thick layers of dust on shelves. Some kitchen areas they just didnt clean at all. I had to demonstrate what i needed in other areas. It was just a bit of a joke passing this off as a deep clean. They said would fix all the issues within the hour but By 9pm they were still at it and i don't really blame the cleaners. They tried. Especially the woman. She actually did a good job in places but unfortunately the overall clean it was just appalling. And that is down to Soluxe. Because there was no real standard instilled. Also no care for breakables and delicate items in the house. Very lucky nothing was broken but a number of things had been moved haphazardly and not put back in place. Again. This is training. Or lack of it.

After they left, i spent a further hour cleaning things they had still missed myself as i needed the place cleaned for an event.

I complained to the company who sent a copy and paste message saying they would get in touch within 24hrs and I've received nothing basically a week later.

Oh. Also. Just remembered. They said that equipment was included but the male cleaner asked if he could use my hoover as his was not working effectively. That has just brought this review from a 2star to a 1star!

I booked Soluxe Cleaning Services for an end-of-tenancy deep clean of a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment and paid £415.

Before booking, I was assured that two cleaners would attend and that all professional cleaning equipment and supplies would be provided, including a vacuum, mop, and specialist cleaning products.

What arrived was completely different. The cleaners had a small handheld vacuum, very limited cleaning materials, a couple of cloths, and basic products such as glass cleaner and bleach. They did not have essential products required for an end-of-tenancy deep clean, including oven cleaner.

One of the cleaners appeared to be working extremely hard and was doing his best under difficult circumstances. However, he had not been provided with the equipment or materials necessary to complete the job properly. I ended up providing my own cleaning products, including oven cleaner, and explaining how to use them safely.

The second cleaner left before the work was completed, leaving one person to continue alone. The remaining cleaner stayed until approximately 9pm trying to finish the job.

During the clean I called the company to explain the situation and ask for support. I was told they would speak with the cleaners and call back, but no meaningful solution was offered and, to my knowledge, no support was provided to the cleaner on site.

Following the clean, further cleaning was required and I was presented with additional costs to address issues that should have been covered by the end-of-tenancy service.

My concern is not with the cleaner who remained on site and worked very hard, but with the company itself. Based on my experience, the service delivered did not match what was promised, and the cleaners appeared to be sent to a large end-of-tenancy job without adequate equipment, materials, or support.

I would not use this company again and would advise anyone considering an end-of-tenancy clean to ask detailed questions about exactly what equipment, products, and staffing will be provided on the day.
