If I could give this a 0 I would..but…

If I could give this a 0 I would..but then others wouldn't know how crap it is..as it doesn't give you a choice of this. AVOID. Still havent received my song im supposed to off..now I know its never going to happen ..complete rip off

Hi Karra,

First, I want to apologise. What you experienced overnight is not the experience we want anyone to have, and your frustration is completely understandable.

We had a technical issue overnight that meant your song didn't deliver properly after you paid, and your message in our live chat came through at a time we weren't online to respond immediately. That's on us, and I'm genuinely sorry.

I've now emailed you both your songs. The second one is on us, no charge. The issue that caused the original failure has also been fixed so it won't affect future customers.

My Wife Cried After Hearing This 🥺

This was a fantastic way to give a truly authentic and beautiful gift to my wife. The lyrics and the melody (I chose Hip Hop) were both amazing based on story and when I shared the final version with my wife, she was in tears! This will definitely become ‘our’ song from now on. 100% recommended.

THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIFT I HAVE EVER BEEN GIVEN ❤️

My husband created the most incredible song for me through Song Sailor and I genuinely cannot put into words how emotional and special it was. I was crying so much listening to it because every single lyric was so beautifully written, heartfelt and personal. The vocals, the music and the emotion behind it all was absolutely perfect.

This was not just a song, it became a memory that I will cherish forever. You could truly feel the love, effort and care that went into creating it and it honestly touched my heart so deeply.

I honestly cannot recommend Song Sailor enough for any occasion. Birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, pregnancy announcements, special milestones or simply just telling someone how much they mean to you. It is such a unique and meaningful gift and something so much more special than anything material.

Thank you Song Sailor for creating something so beautiful that I will treasure forever ❤️
