Frustrating, dissatisfactory customer service.
I placed a large order which never arrived - I tracked it and it was ‘returned to sender’, but I hadn’t returned it. I contacted customer services (no one had informed me there was a problem) they said the package was ‘too big’ - as though this explains it… and asked if I would like a refund or for them to send me the order. I asked for it to be sent to me. I then got an email informing me I was being refunded minus a £2 delivery charge! I emailed again to say I wanted the order I had taken time ordering, not a refund and certainly not a refund minus £2! The email response was apologetic - assuring me the £2 would not be deducted, but there was no response to my query as to why my order had not been sent again. I am left with none of the order I placed, no compensation for time wasted ordering and emailing. A very dissatisfied customer.

Feel the quality is slipping and will…
Feel the quality is slipping and will be returning last purchase received today. A black 3/4 jumpsuit arrived very creased and thin fabric with no quality weight to it. Appreciate it's a summer item but feels cheap plus the pockets are poorly inserted on the hip so puckered on the hips... not flattering. Disappointed and will be less likely to order.

Excellent customer service
When I rang customer service to get some advice regarding returns, Faye was very helpful and completed the return for me and then emailed it to me. Fat was very helpful and polite. Probably one of the fastest turn arounds ever with a customer support team. Well done Sosandar.

Such helpful customer service

Sometimes things go wrong but it is how a company manages this that gives them the edge. Faye was amazing when firstly an item was not in my package and then when it was not refunded. Fantastic customer service means I will continue to be a loyal customer!

Refund due
Recently had an issue re a refund for unwanted items, I contacted Sosander by phone and spoke to Sofia at customer services.
The issue was very promptly resolved to my satisfaction.
Thank you Sofia for your understanding and professionalism.
I will now not have any issues with ordering from Sosander again.

I recently ordered a beautiful dress however I never received a confirmation email so I contacted Customer Service and a lovely lady called Faye immediately confirmed the order and the expected date and I’m happy to say I have today received my order. It’s so nice to get a personalised response to my query rather than an automated response. I am a happy Sosander shopper and have been consistently happy with the quality of their products.

Great customer service
I received an item from Sosander which unfortunately was not of the quality I have come to expect from this company. However, Sofia in Customer service resolved my issue quickly and politely and they replaced the item immediately. I have already received it. Thank you Sofia for your great customer service. Customer service
Quick delivery but most of all excellent customer service from Sofia, had a problem with a product I had bought where I wasn’t happy, I sent photos, she instantly arranged for either a replacement or refund.
I am always worried about buying online if there’s a problem but cannot fault Sosandar I will 100% be buying off them again. 5 🌟

Good customer service
I ordered a bikini top and bottoms. Unfortunately the top was out of stock and I only received the bottoms which were of no use to me. Sofia in customer services fully understood I felt aggrieved that I had paid for delivery and would have to pay to return the bottoms through no fault of my own. She agreed to fully refund my order. This is good customer service.

A very happy repeat customer
The style, fabric quality and range of sizes of the clothes are amazing and I am a regular repeat customer for that reason! I recently ordered some trousers in two sizes but the length was still not right (strangely Regular was the same length as Short) and I needed some clarification on how to return the items as they were on multiple orders. Faye replied to my request very quickly and clearly so that I could progress with the returns and she reassured me that i could order more sizes to get the right fit.
I only gave 4*s here because both the Short and Regular length were the same size and I think I had a faulty item. I have since re-ordered multiple lengths.
