I have invested in property-related projects via Sourced Capital for three years. I have received to date full returns on all my investments (and a little from those investments which were late with their repayments). This is fully managed by Sourced Capital, with John, our Relationship Director, constantly keeping us updated.

Although LTVs can be a bit higher than on other platforms, we think that the risk/reward in unmatched in the crowdfunding sector.
