They were very lovely towards me hey were
I underwent Invisalign treatment and the results are fantastic. Friendly staff and great orthodontist!
Took my daughter there. Dr Sebastian was v good and had an excellent Invisalign treatment for her .
Had Invisalign for myself and my daughter . Was impressed by the service provided by Dr Sebastian
Today i went to southend orthodontics my orthodontist was very kind and as was the assistant. When i went in i felt a nervous, however they really reassured me and make me feel welcome and it calmed down the nervous in me and switched to calm. I felt very welcome from the minute i walked in. 10/10
My Daughter began her brace journey with Dr Sebastian in 2023, her teeth were really wonky and she still had 12 baby teeth. After having them all removed her braces were fitted. Dr Sebastian and his team were amazing from start to finish. All staff from Reception, Nurses to Doctors are all very reassuring and informative. My Daughter has a real fear of Dentist and they made her so comfortable and confident. Today after 30 months her braces were removed and the results are outstanding. My son also needs braces and we have asked Dr Sebastian and his team to take care of him too. Could not recommend Southend Orthodontics more highly. Thank you for giving my daughter the most beautiful smile
From start to finish the service we have received has been brilliant, always able to get an appointment when we wanted, always on time. Everyone very friendly and professional, and put my son at ease when having his treatment. Highly recommend to anyone wanting orthodontic treatment.

i was 14 when i got my braces and was very apprehensive about the whole journey. sensing this, the dentist (Dr Sobu Sebastian) and team were extremely friendly and quick to make me feel comfortable by answering all the questions i had about the whole process. Now, with my braces off, I know that I was lucky to be placed in the care of the Southend orthodontics team and would happily recommend them to anyone.

Sadly have attended with another of our children. Service as awful as always. Rude unhelpful staff and the dentists don’t want to acknowledge you let alone speak to you. Looks like a house from outside and not a sign anywhere. They clearly treat the NHS patients as second class citizens and begrudgingly do the work.
