Reached out to this company to get a cover and didn’t hear back from them. Really bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend. Now gone with another company.

Booked for an annual boiler service which was carried out on time without fuss. It’s an old boiler but I felt reassured by the plumber that it was working as well as could be expected.
Good communication re appointment so I didn’t waste time waiting .

Don't normally do Trustpilot Reviews but Southern Energy Solutions are good. They fitted a new boiler, sorted the flu lining and the electrics which were all in a sorry state!

I used this company to replace and do electrical work for my swimming pool. They did all the work on time and with budget. They were clean and tidy and very polite. I would not hesitate in recommending them without hestiation.

Heating suddenly turned on all the time, regardless of thermostat setting. House like a sauna so had to turn boiler off. SES came out within 2 days of calling. I was honestly expecting that this would just be a diagnostic visit and they’d have to come back again but George had considered the problem before coming and ensured he had spares in the van so everything was diagnosed and fixed within an hour.

When our boiler blew a year into doing up our new house we were worried. It was a choice of either try to get the cash to pay a reasonably priced local company up front or go with a big company and pay over the odds on credit. Luckily we found these guys. They are the best of both, they offer credit plans and have reasonable local prices. They also have a service plan which is under a tenner a month and includes an annual service and any work on the boiler, so we have peace of mind too. The guys are friendly, quick to respond, and they set aside time for a longer install then expected because of complexities in our system. Really recommend them.

First class. Heating,electrical and gas servicing have been carried out by three different engineers on a number of occasions recently and I have been extremely pleased with the service provided. Engineers are invariably knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. One emergency call, late on a Friday afternoon, received immediate attention - the type of customer service that one hopes for. Recommended without reservation.

Excellent service from friendly, honest men. Southern Energy services have replaced my boiler, serviced my boiler, replaced gas pipes and fitted new taps. All jobs were completed very well. I would recommend this company.

Have used SES to relocate my boiler, was very impressed with the service. Very polite, they keep you up to date on there expected arrival time to a couple of minutes before they walk in the door, they get on with the job and leave the place clean and tidy after. So impressed that when my brother moved and had problems with his heating I got onto SES and they were there that afternoon.
Great service I would recommend to anyone. Would also like to say office staff are so helpful.

I have had a number of problems with my combi-boiler and I have called out southern energy out a few times they have found the trouble and have fixed it to excellent condition their number is in my book to ring them again in future
