If I could rate any lower, believe me, I would. I called the 'Surgery' to see why my medication hadn't been sent to my pharmacy. They informed me that because my address had changed, I was no longer their patient! Over 13 years with them, and this is how I'm treated? I filled out my repeat prescription online. You can access other things online with them, except for a change of address. This kind of behaviour is a pathetic example of how incompetent and bloody useless they are. I usually wouldn't favour AI, computers, etc., to replace humans in jobs. In this case, however, I would definitely encourage the case. Lazy, useless, unprofessional, and a downright disgrace to any legit medical board. The tin man in OZ was given a heart; they could all do with asking for one too!
