I would've given 5 stars but you advertise a private heated pool but when you get to the accomodation its actually a private pool which can be heated at a cost!

Helen Lippe has been absolutely fantastic, she’s taken all of the stress out of booking a 5 star last minute family break, meeting all of our specific requirements. Helen was very proactive in offering unprompted great alternatives when there wasn’t availability in others we requested. Helen was patient polite and friendly throughout, she had made booking the holiday an enjoyable experience. These days it is so rare to get even okay customer service so we have come expect less.
