Spark Finance connects Canadian businesses with Canadian lenders for working capital. The lender provides the funds and makes the decision. The lender pays us. You don't. You submit just one application. Our team reads what you sent, and we go out to our lenders ourselves. We bring back the offer that fits your business. Then you decide. Funding runs from $5,000 to $2,000,000, on terms of 6 to 72 months. Applying doesn't affect your credit. A hard credit pull happens only after you accept an offer. To apply, you need your business details and the papers you already keep: bank statements, your incorporation documents and photo ID. Statements are read-only. They can't be used to move money. Before you sign, the offer shows what you receive and what you repay in total. If you don't like the terms, you don't take them. Spark Finance is an Ontario corporation based in Toronto. We registered the company in September 2026, and the people who run it have worked in Canadian small-business finance for years. We have no connection to any other company called Spark Finance, including the one in the UK.

Quick, transparent, and hassle free - exactly what I needed for my ecom biz.
I run an Toronto based e-commerce store, which sells street wear. I had reached out to Spark Finance to explore financing options to manage my inventory purchases ahead of the holiday season.
My business has been growing fast, and yet convincing the big banks here in Canada was proving to be challenging. Not to mention how slow they move, waiting for them would have meant not being able to stock up in time for the holidays. Hence, I decided to give these guys a shot.
And boy, am I happy that I did! The whole process, from start to finish, was extremely quick and seamless. There was no confusing paperwork to comb through and the payment terms were quite transparent , with a clear breakdown of what you'd owe upfront before you take out the loan. No rude shocks or unpleasant surprises later.
Best of all, I received a decision in less than 24 hours, which honestly surprised me given how slow and painful securing loans from the big Canadian bank usually is.
I'd highly recommend them to any Canadian business owner in Toronto looking for fast, no-nonsense funding options.

Funding in 30 minutes
We had a client pay us late. Spark were able to organise same say payroll finance for us. We actually the offer within 30 minutes of applying. Diana was great to deal with

These guys are clutch
I met one of Spark's brokers at the Small Business show.
We're opening our second gym location and needed some extra cash for equipment. Spark are SUPER EASY to work with. Put me detaisl in once and got responseds from different banks.
Ask for a line of credit so you can pay off early without penalty!
