Ordered some ARPOL packs to the US, and after paying an unexpected additional import fee which was my fault, I was super worried about customs interference. It came through though, surprisingly. I'm very pleased with the speed of delivery, and the quality of my products. If I'm feeling lucky again, I'll order again! Thank you specshop for the superb ARPOL packs!

(UPS lagged my shipment an additional day and a half, but everything else was smooth)

The package was damage on transportation, we only got this information from the courier.
We had no contact from the shop. Refund? Yes, but not in total.
Really bad for the site.

I ordered from Denmark and everything arrived fast in one big package.
There was an item out of stock which they resolved with no problems. Good store i can recommend

Ho fatto un acquisto circa 8 giorni fa, facendolo arrivare in un punto InPost del mio paese, e considerando i giorni non lavorativi la consegna è stata rapida. Il prodotto è arrivato imballato correttamente e per ora tutto è perfetto. 10 su 10 assolutamente!

Ich hatte kürzlich eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung mit diesem Händler.

Ich kaufte einen Artikel, der mir nach Erhalt nicht gefiel, und schickte ihn innerhalb der Rückgabefrist in einwandfreiem Zustand zurück.

Zu meiner Überraschung behauptete der Händler, dass die Ware Gebrauchsspuren aufweise, angeblich geöffnet worden sei und man im Inneren etwas loses höre.

Diese Behauptungen sind absolut haltlos, da ich den Artikel in genau dem Zustand zurückgeschickt habe, in dem ich ihn erhalten habe.

Der Händler scheint Ausreden zu erfinden, um die Rückerstattung zu verweigern. Ich rate allen potenziellen Kunden zur Vorsicht beim Umgang mit diesem Unternehmen, insbesondere bei Rücksendungen. Es ist frustrierend und enttäuschend, dass ein seriöses Geschäft sich weigert, seine Verpflichtungen im Rahmen des Widerrufsrechts zu erfüllen.

Ich kann diesen Händler leider nicht empfehlen!

It’s a great shop, they’ve got everything, good prices, high quality and pretty speedy delivery, couple of days from Poland to the Netherland. Another good point - I’ve made some order mistakes, returns and refunds went without a problem! Good customer service as well, also in English.

My first buy at this shop, I was a little afraid of buy a rock or a something like that, bought 2 magazines and arrived at home, fast shipping, and costumer service is good and trust. I recommend this shop!

Binnen 6 dagen tot mijn verassing mijn pakketje gekregen. Heb de optie bij betalen 3 euro extra betaald zodat ze zwart plastic om het pakketje doen zodat de logo van het bedrijf niet zichtbaar is. Toppertje ik ben blij.

Zover bij mij is alles perfect gelopen en een product dat niet te verkrijgen valt in de Nederlandse winkels😉, gewoon netjes werd geleverd via de post een week later met track&trace.
Ik lees hier wel andere dingen over de klantenservice maar heb er zelf niet mee hoeven te dealen dus kan er geen oordeel over geven.

Got wrong magazins and they will charge me for shipping, so i can return them. For this it was free shipping, and they did charge me for shipping enyway, got the mony back after Mastercard got them back for me. I will try find out what the magazins are for and sell them myself. Mastercard delite my card and send for a new one. Stay away from this store, they are crooks!

I am in Ukraine. Ordered magazines for our snipers, they sent me wrong type of magazines and are refusing to compensate, i am unable to send back order. Waste of money and time. Dont buy at thei shop. Peace to everyone.

Webshop says placing an order above €100 will get you free shipping. When you press the next button they want €45 for UPS delivery? Not for me! Ordering at powair6.

Have shopped here and they give discount in the form of points. I received an email that I had 11 Euros for good on my account. But when I want to buy something on the website they say that I can not buy the desired products for my discount of 11 Euros. I do not like that kind of fake advertising
