A very friendly and reliable company with reasonable pricing. The engineer was excellent as he showed real commitment to solving the issue despite it not being reproducible when he was here.

Excellent communication before the appointment, and the issue with my treadmill sorted with minimal fuss on the day. Roshan was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix my treadmill, but also offered some good advice on its use. He is truly a credit to your company.

The service provided by the company and Roshan was excellent. I received a text notification the day prior to the repair, including a scheduled arrival window. Roshan arrived promptly, was courteous, and showed extensive expertise. The treadmill was repaired efficiently and faster than expected. Roshan also offered valuable advice to help maintain the machine’s longevity. His professionalism and friendly demeaner made him an outstanding representative of the company.

Can’t fault the service from Sports Equipment Engineering Ltd, really good comms from the start and their engineer Roshan knew straight away what the fault was and fixed it quickly and efficiently. Have made a note of their details and would definitely use again.

Excellent service on my malfunctioning treadmill - tightened the belt to correct tension rather than replace the motor as originally feared. Also talked me through maintenance tips to prevent recurrence - despite the various videos on YouTube it's much better having an expert in person showing you what's happening.

Two visit from Roshan to fix my Nordictrak machine. Super helpful. Very knowledgable. Very efficient. Great tips as well on looking after the equipment.

Our NordicTrack crosstrainer was getting somewhat noisy and creaky after 15 months use so we put in a claim under our extended warranty. Roshan from Sports Equipment Engineering was assigned the task. He was so good and clearly enjoys his work. He stripped the machine down and found at least five issues that were contributing to the problems. They were all fixed with competence and efficiency so now our crosstrainer is whisper quiet.

The call handlers on the few times I spoke with them were polite, professional amd very courteous.
