I had a very good experience buying Gold in Sprott money. The sales representative Syed is very helpful, when there’s small problem with delivery, he helped to communicate back and forth for several time, finally it solved. I would highly recommend to anyone who has the same needs.

Sprott Money’s website is easy to use and has a wide selection of bullion products. The checkout process was smooth, and my metals (gold coins, silver coins, gold bars, and silver bars) are now safely stored in their precious metals storage, or as I like to call it, a gold vault. They also offer many collectible coins for all kinds of occasions, which I am considering purchasing too.

Overall, Sprott Money is a reliable option for buying gold and silver in Canada. I will definitely be purchasing from this gold and silver dealer again and would recommend them to others.

Good service

In all the orders I made, I had great service from staff helping me to decide what purchase was right for me. With one order the carrier "misplaced" my package" and marked it as delivered. Customer service did everything possible to locate the order and did find it so I could retreive it. This kind of service is so rare these days and I give Sprott the highest points possible for their customer service and for the products they sell.

Transaction was simple. Was concerned about delivery (such an expensive item in a small package) but there were no issues. There was nothing on the package to indicate what was inside. Package was delayed by a day or so, but that was a carrier issue.

Fast efficient service, I should try and negotiate a bit.
So pricing would be area I would want to improve.

I ordered " our chioce 2oz silver coin" what i recieved was all 2 oz 2023 sabre tooth cat. I called sprottmoney they never returned my call. 20 of the same coin i was expecting various coin type.

First time buyer...I wanted to order a simple 1oz silver eagle coin for a gift CAD$134 and they are charging $30 for shipping within Canada. Called their Customer Service and they would not waive the shipping charge for a first time buyer. I cancelled my order and deregistered my newly opened account. Competitors Kitco and TD Metals charge no shipping.

Once my credit card was verified the delivery process was trouble Free..I received my one ounce silver coin on time and perfect service... thanks so much for your help

The ordering process is so easy. Paying through e-transfer was simple. The product was shipped quickly and delivered in days.
There are no extra costs like shipping and insurance charges.

Sprott Money is very dishonest about their product offerings. The Royal Canadian Mint 100oz silver bars I received looked nothing like the picture.

Their website displays a picture of the new design, but when I received my order, they were the old design and quite tarnished.

I sent pictures to the company indicating the issue and they immediately updated their site with the following disclaimer:

"Please note that this product may take up to 4 weeks to be shipped.

Please note that these bars may be older design bars and come in tarnished or various conditions.”

Furthermore, the disclaimer is not available on the main page, the product can be added to your cart and purchased without ever viewing it.

All precious metals exchanges list both the old and new Royal Canadian Mint designs as separate products. The new design is a more premium product and commands a higher price.

Sprott Money offered to "make it up to me" only if I purchased MORE products from them, claiming that they would give me a small discount for the inconvenience. Needless to say, I will not be dealing with them anymore.

This is not the first issue I have had with the company. They also botched my secure vaulting services when I originally ordered silver from them. There was a long delay getting the order, so I decided to pick up the silver in person at the vault. I never completed the secure storage service documents and even talked to them about it, letting them know that I would not be going ahead with the service. My credit card was billed the very next month for silver that was not in their vault, and I didn’t even own. Absolutely radicicolous! The company did refund the money, but it seems that they don’t even know what they have in their vaults.

...if it was possible, I would rate them less than one star!!!

Quick delivery. Packaged safe enough. I was hoping for bars to be included, or a mix instead of 5 of the same coins; it was a "sprott choice" order... so I got whatI ordered.... was just hoping for variety.
Would certainly order through them again.
