After filling in the online form and explaining the problem and explaining that I work until 4 pm. I received a phone call at about 2.30pm the next day. The electrician arranged to be with me at 4.30pm the same day. He was very prompt and soon identified the problem. He said he would have to get a new light fitting and offered to go to Marsh Barton and pick parts up and complete the job that day which he did and fitted the new light. He was very polite and professional. They will be my 1st call if I ever need an electrician again.

I was without light in my bathroom for a week and when it was discovered the fault was not the need for a replacement bulb, I was given the number for Squires Electrical. The engineers came around that very same afternoon and replaced the faulty fitment.

Getting our kitchen done was becoming a bit of a drama, as Covid altered timescales, costs etc so I really needed a welcoming, friendly and helpful voice at the end of the phone to save the day - and Sean is exactly that! Attended for quote and were really helpful and gave useful advice on both phases of my house renovation project. Quote arrived within the week. The were accommodating with subsequent changes and updates to requirements.
