Absolutely fantastic service from all the staff. Very professional and friendly.
I was especially happy as I didn’t live in the are (whilst selling this house) so had put all my trust in them and they didn’t fail me. First class service. Everything went smoothly and their advise was fantastic. I would highly recommend them.

After managing the letting of my flat for nearly 25 years when I became an "accidental landlord", Squires took on the sale. They have gone beyond the expectations of any estate agent as if it was their own property on the market. They have advised, guided and called on professionals to make a tricky process less stressful. I'm extremely grateful to everyone on the team and cannot recommend their services more highly, whether as managing agents for property letting, or as estate agents for selling.

To all renters, no matter what, stay away from this real estate agent!
We rented a two bedroom apartment in Mill Hill East, London through Squires in 2023. After one year we decided to move north. This agent then sent a checker to “assess” the condition as part of the checkout process. Upon receiving the bill, we were flabbergasted and disappointed by the frivolous, ridiculous and unsubstantiated claims against a host of issues in cleanliness, discoloration, mould and other faults that they alleged as needing to be rectified. The bill totaled £1222! Ridiculous claims such as charging us the cleaning of some pre-existing discolored white spots on a simple fabric lounge chair costs £100( where you can buy two new ones for £66), removing a magnetic hook from the wall(we left clinging on the wall behind which was some metallic material without causing any damage) that they claimed to be a sticker for £30, removing mould and repainting the ceiling and walls in a windowless bathroom for £430 not admitting the feeble and tiny extractor fans being the culprit(one motor driving both the fans in two bathrooms where the master bathroom with mould was meters away from the motor). By law it’s the full responsibility of the landlord to ensure mould is not present for health reasons and that the presence of mould is not a lifestyle choice by the tenants.
What’s so infuriating is to claim we deliberately failed to report the malfunction of the fan leading to formation of mould in an attempt to lay the blame on us. However, this claim was disproven by the checkout report showing both fans did work before we moved out. Instances of frivolous and false claims like these are rampant. We believe such scamming schemes are deliberate, premeditated and systemic in order to extract as much money from unsuspecting tenants’ safe deposits to line their pockets. However, we are not sure if the landlord, who lives overseas, is aware or in collaboration with them. My advice to all prospective renters, stay at least a mile away from this agent for the sake of your hard earned money!

He is simply amazing, always took the time to explain everything thoroughly, always willing to adjust to our nuanced support needs.

The wider agency team has been great as well, and we have had no issues clarifying any concerns at any stage in the renting process.
