Did online order, but then called the shop because I had forgotten something, the chap I spoke to added my item & then double checked my original order with me, realised I’d made a mistake (he knew🤗) & sorted it all out for me! ( without me feeling like a complete idiot) delivery was quick items placed exactly where I wanted them, driver was very friendly & helpful

Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. We placed an order for fans for our office, but the order was simply cancelled and refunded with no meaningful explanation. Why list products for sale if you are not actually going to supply them? This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted our time. Very poor experience. Other customers be aware!

Hi. I understand you are frustrated with our decision to cancel same of your order.
Yesterday an order was made by you for all of the 22 pedestal fans we had in stock which we believed to be an excessive amount for one person considering the current nationwide stock shortage.
We have looked further into the purchase and find that your company does in fact sell on pedestal fans and so they would probably be for re sale and not for your own use. You could in fact purchase more fans from your usual suppliers.
We feel we should allow genuine customers to purchase fans from us to use in this current heatwave.
We have honoured two fans which are on their way to you.
We are sorry this has caused you frustration but am sure you can understand our decision.

Excellent speedy delivery.
I ordered about 50 individual items of timber on the internet for a home project expecting next day delivery at the earliest. I live about 10 miles from their base and was surprised when the whole order arrived just 2 hours later. I am happy with the quality and price and very impressed with the service. The delivery driver was also very helpful, friendly and professional.
