I believe the true measure of a great retailer is how they treat you after the sale is complete. I had an issue with a watch that developed a fault (not caused by the retailer), and unfortunately I was given the runaround by TAG Heuer. I reached out to Jordan at WatchStatus, and he couldn’t have been more responsive or professional. He handled the issue quickly and with genuine care. His support really set the gold standard for customer service. I genuinely feel like a valued customer, and WatchStatus will be the first place I look when I’m next in the market for a new watch.

I bought a watch off this company a year ago. When I sold it on the buyer checked the serial number on the tissot website which it didn't recognise. The watch was a fake.
