I cannot find the email response of the order I placed. I placed the order about a month ago and am concerned of the status. I sent an email over a week ago and have yet to receive a response. I’ll try one more time. Not sure what is going on, after a friend recommended this company. Currently not happy.

Stealth Gear Holsters are my go to for all my appendix carry & have been for years! I just ordered an OWB holster for my Glock 19 & I’ll give reviews later, but expecting outstanding results as always!! Thanks Stealth Gear for Top Notch holsters!! Dennis

This is the 3rd set of holsters I have purchased from Stealth Gear USA and they all have been great! My first holster is almost 10 years old and still functions flawlessly! Keep up the great work!

Would assign a “grade” of A- on my experience with the website. Specifically, the magazine options and how to relay the “Dual mag” setup to ya’ll.

I wasn’t clear on the “right / left” drop down menu selection.

As you know, right and or left when designating a “support” side accessory, such a a mag holder, depends on the shooters support side.

I want my mag holder to have a flashlight BEHIND my mag, for obvious reasons.

It is NOT a right/left issue. It IS a forward/behind issue.

We’ll see what I actually get with the mag holder. I took a gigantic guess.

Recommendation: ADD to you drop down menu “left/right support side and the words “forward/behind” for placement.

I would bet I’m not alone as a shooter with the right/left on a forearm accessory such a dual mag holders.

Love this company and the holsters, but it's hard to stomach nearly $20 to ship such a small and lightweight item. Especially after spending over $150 for 3 holsters. It would be nice to see some loyalty program or a certain threshold of spend that qualifies for free shipping.

I am just frustrated because I have written to customer service 3 times with no response and also have not received an order confirmation since my purchase 2 weeks ago. This is concerning. I wanted to make an adjustment on my order and I emailed customer service right away after realizing my mistake in the order to get it corrected but no one has responded. Hoping this gets resolved.

2-3 week lead time? Make sure if you’re ordering this as a gift for someone to order more than a month before whatever the occasion is. I ordered December 4th and didn’t get till January 8th.

The site is simple and easy to navigate. Customization is quick and straightforward, and the ability to select by supported firearm is nice quality of life.
