Ordered a delivery online as I am disabled. Paid £150 by card, which I openly admit was explained to be non refundable. The vehicle arrived at 6.45pm with a sizeable dent in the rear.
If you looked closely in the picture a dent could be seen, but it was not in the description.
I sent the car back.
Then informed by a less than charming associate, who spoke over me and raised his voice, that in the t's and C's it clearly states customers should expect to see bodywork damage, and, needless to say, no offer of a refund. I reiterated that I was disappointed as I was a disabled man was told my health problems held no water as far as he was concerned.
Disgraceful attitude and, in my opinion, unsympathetic business practices, to say the least.
So again, study their terms and conditions, if your happy then continue.
I personally would choose another company.
This place do sell cheap cars
This place do sell cheap cars, however the cars they sell won’t work after couple of weeks. All notifications will be cleared from the dashboard without fixing it, no fault will be notified to you before selling, no engine oils or no brake fluid or whatsoever. You would end up on roads for hours to get breakdown recovery vehicle. If you take the vehicle back to them, they would give all reasons not to give you the refund fully. They would make money by keeping half of your money by not refunding it!
Hello Jason
Hello Jason,
I am sending you this email with regards to the Land Rover discovery that was Mis-sold to myself.
As I have had no further correspondence from you , I have been advised to seek legal advice , I have been in-touch Via our family solicitor and have been advised to send you this email in hopes an acceptable resolution can be sort resolving this outstanding issue.
Under the sale of goods act (it was not fit for purpose)
Although I was reimbursed (refunded) sale of car £4500 I have not to date received any compensation or good will gesture of all costs incurred during this dishonest transaction.
Under the road traffic act 1988 and general product safety regulations 2005 , It is an offence to sell an unroadworthy or dangerous motor vehicle endangering the driver , passengers and other road users.
And as you are fully aware that indeed that there was not just one defect on this vehicle, you personally were negligent and had entire involvement in selling this vehicle to me .
Within one hour of receiving the Car on my journey Home the suspension fault code came up on the dashboard, I then contacted you Via message and you responded via message that the fault code was "ok" and not to worry at all as it is easily fixed and wouldn't affect the cars performance.
The following day on a 70mph road the car went into limp mode very suddenly while I was retaining traffics flow speed .
All power went on the vehicle and steering and control causing sudden obstruction to traffics and danger to not only myself but other road user's, behind me was a milk tanker going at a very fast speed too , I had to then coast the car on to an embankment to allow traffic to pass .
I then contacted
yourself (Jason) again via watsapp and then phone call you explained to me very quickly to turn the car off wait 5 minutes restart and continue my journey as this I what I was to do until you could get it in the garage , and assured me it was safe when it was absolutely under no circumstances safe .
This put mine and my children's life's in extreme danger all because of you and your incompetent company selling me a dangerous unroadworthy vehicle.
When the car was taken to two garages as Michael wasn't happy with the results from the first diagnostic that you yourself had arranged , I was instructed to take it to another garage and while driving the gearbox fault came up and car went into limp mode again along with engine roaring and producing a burning smell.
When we arrived to the second garage and diagnostics where undertaken the garage mechanic said that it was under no circumstance's road worth and completely dangerous to drive you would have received that report also .
All calls were recorded at the time to let Michael no the results of the faults all found on the car and in Michaels words ( it's in uneconomical repair and he would arrange collection.)
When the car was collected the gentlemen who collected the car had his diagnostic kit with him
And cleared all the codes and miraculously the car "was fine to drive "
All of this I have recorded on video and all phone calls via myself to yourself and the company along with the mechanic was all recorded.
Under the regulations of the RAC as you advertise you are registered with ,that this vehicle is RAC approved and would have had the 82 point check that we where not given proof of at point of sale , I question that it has even been undertaken.
Under the consumer's rights act 2015 (CRA2015) you are in breech of term's and as a customer I am entitled to recover losses .
To follow is a list of cost's incurred to date.
• Delivery of vehicle £250.
• Two 16 hrs spread over two days of missed work due to failure of delivery £180.
• Fuel cost taken to get valeted £20.
That I had to take the car to as it was filthy with food and coffee spills all over the seats and floors.
Beaches and leaves all in the boot along with not a chip but cracked windscreen obstructing drivers veiws.
• Tax and insurance of vehicle new policy £187.
To then be cancelled through no fault of our own.
• Car taken to two garages for diagnostic tests on Michaels instruction (fuel cost) £20
• Days wages lost again, due to taking car to garage's for a hole day . £90
(This equates to £747 in total)
I would like to think that you would be eager to resolve this matter and give it your full attention as you would when selling a car md respond within the next 48hrs .
Hopefully there will be an amicable resolution.
I hope that in future when selling vehicles in such disrepair and dangerous your conscious would prevail , as this could have been a very different email as myself or my children could lost our lives due to a serious accident because of the diabolical state the car you sold me.
Regards
Mrs N Jones.
Stay away from the people
Stay away from the people. They have a big AA banner in the office suggesting they are conscientious. They're not, and they're a disgrace to the AA name. They do not check cars before sale and the garage is full of people who can't speak English. Very strange set up. Avoid.
Straight forward, honest and easy to deal with.
I bought a VW Caravelle from these guys sight unseen only photos supplied and a short video walk around, all the obvious defects were highlighted to me. The Van was delivered to my door for the price negotiated in good time and was exactly as described. After driving the vehicle for myself I discovered there was a small mechanical issue, when I raised this with them they informed me to have it repaired and forward the bill on to them as I had 31 days mechanical warranty, which they honoured . . . . straight forward, honest and easy to deal with. I will use them again.
0 stars
0 stars! This shambles stole our private plate when part ex and have refused to answer the phone. Agreed they were sorting it but didn’t. Avoid at all costs.
Be prepared these people deal cars
Be prepared these people deal cars . Attended with anticipation of what I was going to look at . Do your research on the vehicle you are intending on buying. Vehicles are as auction bought but without the hassle of the cold shed trying to understand what the auctioneer is saying. The vehicles you find are definitely not dealer forecourt price but trade price with a bit added on. Ended with purchasing what I considered a very good deal . But do your homework .Will be back when I need another car.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. They were very genuine and reasonable. I bought a Fiat 500 which I only needed for a few weeks and sold it back to them easily with no fuss, despite them being very busy and not needing more cars! Trustworthy, helpful, true to their word, and a good variety of cars
Excellent choice of cars, no fake salesman, fab value
I bought a Jaguar XF off their eBay site. I liked the no nonsense approach. The information clearly states some cars are sold as seen, well below market value and you should expect to have to spend some money on it. They are thousands below forecourt prices, so if you want a a lovely polished car and pay £4k more - that's your choice. The cars are described brutally honest, highlighting anything the salesman are aware of. I never found anyone arrogant- they're just not got fake smiles and fake pleasantries!
I saved about 1/3 compared to similar cars locally. I had the car over 2 years and not spent a penny apart from tyres and a battery. I'm ready to buy again and seen a few I love. Once I make up my mind, I'll happily do another 700 mile round trip - as us Scots love a good deal! :) .
Zero stars is required
Zero stars is required for this shame company.
Please read the reviews AND stay away from here. They are scammers and con artists, they will sell you the death trap then not take any responsibility and their warranty is just words. They do not adhere. I'm so surprised this business hasn't been closed.

One thing no customer service
One thing no customer service. Very rude even they don’t say you hi or hello. You have to find someone say him hi and tell him which car you want to view then he will give you key then you have to find that car where it’s parked then if it’s blocked then go back to office tell them then they move it for you. And in Advertisement they don’t mention all information.it’s better to before going there call them ask them and make sure everything is working in that car.
Never been to a car dealer like this…
Never been to a car dealer like this one look after you as soon as you walk in the dealership. I had a couple of thing wrong I told them and they got everything sorted straight away never been looked after so good thanks Justin and everyone else will be back again for sure
Awful experience
Awful experience. No customer service skills at all. travelled from birmingham to purchase one of the 20 range rovers they had for sale online that morning. We got there and they only had 3. So that was a bit of a false advertisement.
We began talking to who we believe to be the main salesman. Who was arrogant. Stating that we need to hurry up because he’ll be going home in his “lovely m4” in 12 minutes. When we stated that the website said 5pm he responded saying “the website is a load of bo****ks”. We asked him about a Range Rover sport that was being cleaned and he said £5,100. One of the cleaners came in and said that the upholstery was coming out nice and the dirt had lifted and literally in front of us he decides to put the price up £500 and wouldn’t honour the original price. We ignored his arrogance and tried to banter with him explaining that we were ready to take away today and wanted to px an xf in exchange. He explained that he cannot sell Xf’s as they don’t sell. We explained that the ones he had had 170k mileage on them and ours had. 75k. He bit back with attitude explaining that “it doesn’t matter how much mileage the car has. No one cares”. He then went on to saying he sold 2,700 cars last year so don’t tell him how to do his job.
Very rude and would never go back again. Looking around the pitch all the cars have problems and are not in good condition at all. One of his staff explained that the cars come from British car auctions. So do yourself a favour and go to them directly instead.
Otherwise you may get there and he’ll tell you “I didn’t tell you to travel all that way did I” like he did us. How he makes a living with his attitude I don’t know.
