This can be highly emotional and sensitive time for some vendors which Stephen understands and shows complete respect.

Terrible law firm, sending out ccj’s, threatening emails, rude on the phone, it should be illegal. Working on behalf of ALD who cancelled the DD’s their side, and then I had full on harassment from Steven Drake…something should be done about this company.

Steven Drake??? A solicitor. A joke of a an outfit of inept people who don't know what the hell they are doing.
Harrassing people,against the code of conduct regulated by the law society.
Repeated letters sent,after an 3 year void of ALD automotive harrassing letters,yet still no action against me for a debt I DEFINITELY DONT OWE.These clowns don't understand contractual law,I do,a none enforced contract is exactly what it means,but this outfit,not a true lawfully regulated outfit continue to have 7 months of no response,then 7 months of threat's then another 7 months of nothing,then have been forwarded my details from the corrupt ALD automotive for the second time.Obviouly flouting the law on harassment without action for over 3 years.I was forwarded a letter from my UK address to my Portuguese address,where I spend most of my time.The letters contents so called contains evidence of missing payment of a motor vehicle contract from 2019.They don't provide ANY written evidence whatsoever.ALD automotive ceased my direct debit payments without my written or verbal consent,then when asked who authorised those direct debits to be cancelled,they would not provide evidence I requested any payment holiday,they said it was COVID????? What's COVID got to do with cancelling my direct debit???? Well it was a difficult time???? For who ???? So against the FSA guidelines they said they cancelled the direct debit,without any signature,and against a written contract in force and the contract does not include any amendments without written agreement.??? They are called lawyers???? Cowboys abusing the legal system to extrapolate monies unlawfully against a legally binding contract.REPORT THESE CLOWNS TO THE LAW SOCIETY SO THEY CAN BE SHUT DOWN,THEY REPRESENT NOBODY
