Delivery was quick and smooth. My first order was a wrong size and the returns process was user friendly and I got my refund with no issues. There was also a postage discount for the other order.

The delivery was fast. I ordered the items at the beginning of August and they were delivered to me within a couple of days.

Ordered long sleeved white blouses. Very quick delivery and easy to order.

When we dealt with Stevensons back in 2024 they were fab, very knowledgeable and sizing was a dream to organise. These last few months have been horrendous. Staff at the pop up shop a couple of months ago have very little product knowledge and were not helpful. Since then I have placed over 10 orders trying to get the correct size of uniform for my son. I chatted with one lady who advised it would be fine to order the fitted uniform for him even though I mentioned it stated women’s on checkout but she said it would be fine. When it arrived you could clearly see it was for the female frame and still too large size wise. Really disappointed and displeased with the quality of some items we have received and the cost of delivery each time we reorder.

Goods arrived very quickly, I had to return one item which was very easy to do. When having a problem with my order the staff where very helpful

Visited the Stevensons store in Guildford today, started out very pleasant as with my past visits. However one member of staff whose name i unfortunately didnt get was extremely rude. Unbeknown to me and my children - due to the extremely small sign and the fact i was split trying to sort 3 childrens uniform at once - you are not allowed to try on their shirts which is ridiculous really with the price they are charging for them! You may only try the long Sleeved ones they have hung by the changing rooms. However I fail to see what help this is when you want to make sure that the short sleeved ones fit properly. Not only was the way in which she spoke to me disgusting, but she actually raised her voice and told me off. When I apologised and explained we were going to buy them anyway she looked me up and down with a look of disgust and told me that was besides the point and not to touch anymore packs of shirts. In the end I was so frustrated by the whole ordeal that we left without any uniform. And if it wasn't for the fact they are the only stockists of our schools uniform I would not be giving them a penny of my money going forward. Shocking customer service. If you dont absolutely have to shop here then I would avoid at all costs.

The cost of a boys blazer is extortionate and then added delivery cost on top of it. We had no choice but to get it from this company. It would have cost nearly £30 cheaper if we could have bought it from the previous company
