Really great ordering experience
I have purchased trutex items - trousers and polo shirts and I am extremely happy with these . They have a huge range available in a great range of sizes and leg lengths in trousers which I really needed due to a taller child . The website is easy to navigate , the dispatch of items is fast and efficient . The incentive scheme is a real bonus and makes a difference when you have multiple children needing uniforms . The pricing is great also . The availability of stock is far better than many stockists . Highly recommend them .

Finally found a shop that has both longer length and adjustable waist features.
I actually ordered the wrong size to begin with but the return and exchange process was really easy and we had the new trousers within the week. Will definitely shop here again!

Disappointed experience
The item was delivered within four days, which was the only positive aspect of my experience. Unfortunately, it looks nothing like the product advertised on the website. To make matters worse, I am required to pay for the return and navigate a complicated and frustrating return process.
After posting my review here, I received a reply from someone at the School Uniform shop asking me to contact them with my order details. I did as requested, and they then asked me to send photos of the product and the labels. I sent everything they asked for, but after that I never received another response. It has been a complete waste of my time and money, and I'm very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Its also useful to understand that you don't like the material and the tailored fit.

I found the School Uniform Shop through a search engine, looking for a pair of sports shorts that our school's outfitters would take a couple of weeks to supply. School Uniform Shop not only provided them for £10 less, but they were shipped within the hour.

Great quality school shorts
Great quality school shorts. Better quality than the equivalent at M and S or Next. My son is 12 but 5 ft 7 in tall so no grey shorts available from the usual retailers like Asda, Sainsbury’s either. The senior sizes offered were exactly what we wanted. Easy to order and delivered within 48hours. Brilliant

I ordered a school tie
I ordered a school tie , which your website said in stock, and a 2day delivery. My item never arrived and when I phoned and spoke to a representative, I was told that it hadn't been despatched due to it not being in stock. I ordered this item for a friend who was attending a school friends funeral, I have let him down due to your awful service

Having now personally looked into order 2****5, I can confirm that unfortunately the tie was out of stock at the time of your order despite incorrectly showing as available on our website. I can also confirm that a full refund has now been processed for you.
I wanted to sincerely apologise again, not only for the inconvenience caused, but particularly because of the circumstances surrounding the order. Knowing the tie was needed for a funeral for your friend’s school friend makes this even more upsetting and I am genuinely sorry that we let you down at such an important time.
Whilst stock errors can occasionally happen, we fully appreciate that this does not lessen the disappointment or distress caused to you and your friend on this occasion.
Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention and for giving us the opportunity to investigate it properly. We will also be reviewing why the stock level was incorrectly showing online to help prevent this happening again in future.

I chose this shop as no other shop…
I chose this shop as no other shop seemed to be selling boys school shorts in a bigger size than 15 years old. My son is 13 and 5.9 tall so he needed a bigger size than 15 years. I found this shop on the internet and decided to give them a go. Easy to order with fast delivery great quality and good price. Will be ordering all his school shorts and trousers from here from now on.

I bought jumpers for my child school and the quality of the jumper is amazing it also says on the lable do not iron and you def dont have to which is great for me as I hate ironing 👌👍

The trousers are of a very high quality…
The trousers are of a very high quality - the fabric is comfortable but tough and looks very smart. These are the only trousers my very picky son will wear … the cut is very comfortable for him. Delivery was prompt. Will be back for more school trousers as and when we need them. Thank you :)
