Service is good in store, but the current quality of school uniform is not great overall. This is very sad because historically it used to be fantastic even if things were pricey. We have separately purchased a school backpack £64 (lasted 13 months, all the zips and the seams broke), school trousers £23 (lasted 8 months, hole in the seat), school sports t-shirt £34 (lasted 5 months, cheap printed polyester and the collar fell off). The first two items I could not return as outside the 6 month warranty period. This was annoying because there was a significant mark up on both these items compared to other shops. We bought an identical rucksack on ebay for £23 without the school logo. I'm going back to M&S for trousers as they are less than half the price and last longer. Supply dates for some out of stock items are 3-6 months which is ridiculous. You are a captive audience if you need a school branded item.

I ordered a cardigan for my Granddaughter and Im very pleased with my order, it's very easy and it arrived on the date that's been given when I ordered it. The size is very accurate and the quality of the product is very good. I will definitely order again in the future.

Awful - the website advertises products that no longer exist! I have been getting the response "we will let you know when the item is back in stock" for months, only to eventually contact them and be told today this item no longer exists!

Very handy. I need to buy one raincoat for my son cause the old one is too small and it wad raining all the week. I placed order online and it was ready straight away. I able to collect it and send to the school within the week.

Good quality good service fast delivery

Poor quality, overpriced products (about x3 price of school trousers from tesco, obvs without the logo, so not an option). Sizing is verging on random, ordered two PE bottoms, both same size on label, one is too big other is too small. No other choice but to either drive close to 30km or repeatedly pay postage on an already bafflingly expensive product. Schools should drop the need for logo on otherwise simple leggings/trousers/jumpers. As things are parents have no choice but to use this store.
