Never Reply - Even when they Promise
Horrendous Experience with Still.
We ordered a Forklift Gun-X - Battery Filling Attachment on 09/12/2025.
This was still not delivered, so on 06/01/2026 I called to request a delivery update. They transferred me into a lady in the 'parts' department, who just asked me to confirm my email and that they would get investigate and get back to me soon.
I never heard back.
So on 14/01/26 - Our warehouse were now very frustrated as Forklifts out of action. So this time i tried a live chat, and did get through to someone who tried to help. They said they would 'escalate internally' and gave me their personal email. However, they still haven't provided me an update on what's happening with my order - Today is now 21/01/26 (6 weeks after our order was placed). I am struggling to understand why it's so difficult to check their tracking information, and if there isn't any tracking info, it would probably be fair to assume that this was never sent. But they can't advise me anything, they won't even say they think it was delivered, or this or that may of happened. It's just been weeks of 'We are investigating and will get back to you soon', with no one ever providing an update.
We will probably now have to go through turmoil to even try and get our money back.
If you want orders within 6 weeks, never order from Still.
