Su due ordini entrambi sono arrivati sbagliati. La prima volta ho accettato di prendermi la colpa poiché non conoscevo il loro sito e il sistema di ordine articoli. Però quando la seconda volta mi arriva un pacco dove mancano articoli e il servizio clienti mi risponde con frasi tipo non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna mail, il file non si apre e risposte simili, si capisce che la gestione dell'azienda è poco professionale.SCONSIGLIATO.

Worst company of all of our suppliers in Europe to deal with. Promises of quick deliveries, but followed by extreme delayed deliveries...or no deliveries at all, followed by no communication at all. Impossible to reach (no telephone) and sign of goodwill whatsoever. Real frustrating as they appear to be a professional company. Be aware NOT to get any of your products!

If I could give this company 0/5 stars I would but I guess 1 star will have to do. The worst company to deal with, there a bunch of scammers. I ordered 2 different types of samples, they force you to buy express shipping which was over $60. Express shipping is supposed to take 10 business days to get to you. After waiting the 10 days I still haven't even got a confirmation email. I text them via WhatsApp and the person I was talking to couldn't even provide an order number. So right then and there I was like this is super suspicious I want a refund. The person on WhatsApp said okay no problem and how they'll issue a refund through Paypal. a week later nothing. so I text again and get completely ignored so I email them and they email me a confirmation email??? yet the person over text said they'll be issuing a refund? I had to go as far as contacting my bank and filing for fraud and only then i got a refund and it wasn't even for the full amount!

Don't get fooled by the nice website, this company and customer service is absolute trash.

Using Stocksmetic was the worst decision I've ever made.

I was quoted 4-6 weeks for completion of a project, paid up front, and submitted graphics. 10 weeks later, after sending weekly emails for status updates, I'm still waiting on the order. Customer service told me it had been shipped and delivered-- it hadn't. I'm not sure if they really didn't know my order status, or if they just didn't care. Both are disgraceful.

They have now delayed my product launch for 5 weeks and counting, and I still have no idea when I'll receive my packaging.

Worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a company. Took an order from us, knowing they did not have the products to sell. Now when they have promised us a refund, they have not done so!! Effectively stealing from small businesses!

Worst company to work for, really disgrace.
First of all, there is no real contact, you cannot call them (literally, no response although they have a number). When you email them, you receive emails from bot accounts.
Secondly, they could not ship the items we've ordered in 4 months, eventually we lost a sale over £7000. We're looking ways to open a lawsuit to compensate our looses.
Thirdly, whether you're looking for jars, bottles in the UK, Italy or any other country, I don't recommend Stocksmetic at all.

Questa ditta è assolutamente inaffidabile. Prodotti presenti sul sito che non sono disponibili in magazzino, spedizioni ricevute con merce mancante, ordini non evasi senza avvertire il cliente. Totalmente sconsigliata.

Esperienza molto deludente. Ricevuto in ogni ordine effettuato sempre alcuni pezzi mancanti e pur reclamandoli la ditta non ha mai dato una giustificazione a ciò, inoltre, non ha mai inviato il dovuto.
