I like the easy of use and great platform and good customer service but I would like more options as to the break down of the investment profiles. Seems to be heavily Australian weighted and suffering from hometown bias.

I love the low fees and ear of use of the service, which takes all the stress out of investing. The staff are also amazing - I even had the CEO responding to an investment query on a Sunday afternoon! Outstanding.

I started investing with Stockpot less than a year ago and have since used them each time I have savings, its so easy and paperless! This is exactly what I was looking for as an investment service.

My Stockspot experience has been great so far. It was pretty easy to sign up and get verified. Easy to arrange my deposits as well. Quite pleased with the experience so far, although the first week or so could have been better - I hadn't heard from them for a few days after transferring my money, and even though they invested my money pretty quickly after receiving it, I didn't get notified and couldn't see anything online. I reached out and then found out that there was a delay with setting up the dashboard, which is to be used to see performance, etc. A day later and we were all good. No other complaints really... Great experience so far and even though I've never seen these folks and nobody I know uses them, they seem trustworthy enough for me to invest with them. And like I said, performance is all that counts and it's good to see what they've investing in and that it's already growing. Not that I would judge them if the value dropped as I'm in it for the long term, at least with what I've invested so far. I'll try and get others i know to use them as well... can't see any reason to not invest with their help. You guys need to work on a mobile app though.

Stockspot makes it very easy for an investor to take a hands off approach whilst having minimal fees for service. Funds are easily diversified and rebalanced according to your chosen level of risk. Overall I've found it to be a great system to invest money with little experience.

I had never invested in stocks or anything like that before (I'm probably not even using the right terms I'm that clueless!) so I was nervous at first. Over the past year I've invested a lot more and am loving the returns. I'm glad I don't have to rely on my own knowledge (or lack thereof) for the investments and that they do it all for me behind the scenes. And they do it well! No complaints from me.

Take the hard work out of investing. Let stockspot make the choices and and not sting you with profit cutting absorbitant fees.
