Hab zum ersten mal bei Stoffhummel bestellt und bin absolut zufrieden <3 Von dem was ich mitbekomme ein sehr liebes Team. Man kriegt auch kleine goodies. Werde da aufjedenfall wieder bestellen :)

Have shopped with Stoffhummel quite a few times to get Big Z furs within Europe, always an amazing experience in terms of dispatch, packaging and customer service. I recently had a shipping issue (not the fault of Stoffhummel) and they were great in rectifying the situation. Quality of furs from Big Z can vary but has been improving with their Ecoshag line and generally very high quality. I love shopping from Stoffhummel and highly recommend ordering with them!

Ordered the new Furtastic swatches
30€ for Them to arrive with a Visible Fold and bad quality. The fur had visible lines almost every where. The swatches fell off the Card (Paper) because they werent Secured properly. Colors Vary from how they Look online, the plum looks nothing like it does online.
The print quality was bad and i had to remake the entire swatchcard from scratch. :/

The furtastic fur is nice to touch but also has visible lines so best not left long.

Ordered Fursuit Materials (the common ecoshag) from them and were able to add a small portion of another colour to my order last minute! Helped me learn about various differences between materials through email to help decide which were best, slight language barrier but got everything i wanted! Highly recommended for fursuit makers in Europe who want to avoid US shipping charges!

Great quality fur and not super expensive. Everything was shipped very fast, expected it to take two weeks but the order was shipped the next day. Took two days to arrive. Very happy with my products and would highly recommend!

I ordered Shannon Cuddle 3 minky fabric from there for plush making, Within 2 hours of me making my order they already shipped it, package arrived within a very reasonable time (a few days, I live in Finland), even came with a small bag of gummybears! So for me I had a great experience and I thought the fabric was packaged well! 💖

Only thing is the box was full of litttle tiny different colored bits of fur likely from them cutting the fluffy fabric and not shaking off the excess fluff that comes off from the corners when you cut it, I had to take some time with a sticky roller to remove them as they were aalllll over the fabrics. But it only took me like 20min to remove those excess bits of fluff, so it wasn’t a biggie. The fabric itself is great and I would order from them again definitely! Thank you!

i placed my order 20th, the package was sent the 28th which is a very long time to sent a package. it arrived the 31th and ive never been so disappointed with the quality before, the white fur was dirty, and the fur didn't go in the same direction. plus it looked like the fur had been stored badly as it had a lot og marks that i couldn't get rid of, which led to me not being able to use the fur for my suit and commissions. the fur never used to be like this, what has happened?

Ich bestelle schon sehr lange bei Stoffhummel. Die Bearbeitung geht meistens super fix und ich habe das Paket schon nach wenigen Tagen.

Sollte mal etwas nicht so rund gelaufen sein (falsche Lieferung zB), kümmert sich Yasi sofort und vollends zufriedenstellend darum. So muss Kundenservice!

Teilweise sind stoffe dreckig und fell falsch gewoben
Leider ist die Qualität etwas nachlassend was ich schade finde. Ich hab schon hier und da schlechtes Mitbekommen.
Einer von den Minky stoffen den ich mal bekommen habe war auch irgendwie filzig an manchen stellen schade

Der beste Shop für Felle und Big-Z Stoffe!
Das Team ist jederzeit da, super zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Dafür, das die Stoffe importiert werden müssen (was mit Aufwand und Kosten verbunden ist), sind die Preise definitiv angemessen.

Die Bestellung über den Shop ist einfach und immer schnell da.

Auch süß, wie man bei jeder Bestellung immer ein kleines Tütchen Haribos dazubekommt. Man merkt hier einfach, dass da ein Team mit Herz dabei ist.

Habe dort schon mehrfach bestellt und bin echt froh, dass es den Shop gibt.

Das Sortiment erweitert sich stetig, und ich bin gespannt, was noch alles passiert!

Ein guter Shop zeigt sich erst, wenn man etwas nicht perfekt läuft.
Ein Stoff war nach der Bestellung leider nicht mehr lieferbar. Der Shop hat sich deshalb sofort per Mail bei mir gemeldet. Der Kontakt war sehr hilfsbereit und alles wurde voll zu meiner Zufriedenheit abgewickelt.

Schneller Versand und mit viel Liebe Verpackt. Auf Fragen wird auch schnell und wirklich freundlich geantwortet. Das Minky ist wirklich der Wahnsinn, die Stoffproben vom längeren Fell sind auch toll, zu dem Rest kann ich (noch) nichts sagen.

Der Bestellvorgang ist unkompliziert und es gibt eine sehr schöne Auswahl.

Ordered twice from them already and they're amazing, best quality and quantity at affordable prices in Europe for sure. The customer service is very quick to reply and insanely nice, they're really such sweethearts!

I would defnetly recomend this store, to anyone who is serching for high quality fur in Europe. The service and the people are extremly kind and very professional. The shipping is also very fast, and the packaging is excellent. I recommend at 101%

Fast shipping (to northern Italy) and incredible quality. The fur and minky were super soft and easy to brush. I will definitely recommend them to my Italian furry friends and through my insta as I record the process of using the materials.

I would recommend ordering a sample of the fabrics if you need a colour match, because the photos on the website are not particularly accurate. This is a minor issue with the BigZ faux furs, but one that is easily avoided.
