I’m disappointed with the service so far. I have been waiting a long time for a response and no one has contacted me to resolve the issue. The lack of communication is very frustrating. I hope the company improves their customer support and responds to students more quickly.

My Tutor Sue Young, for my Learndirect diploma has consistently supported me and always answers even the smallest of questions.
I have had many obsticales to my completing this Qualification but the suppiort and advice i have received has made it possible for me to continue my Level 5 Qualification.

This is my second course with the college

They are liars. Keep finding excuses to not give a refund even though their course is not covering the full Syllabus for A levels

I have just completed the Chinese Medical Theory Level 5 course with Stonebridge. As there was no deadline on the course, it went well with my time schedule. The learning materials were clear and the contents of the course were very interesting, probably the most interesting course I have ever taken. My experience was great, my assignments were marked on time and the feedback from my tutor, Hilary Clark, was good.

Courses are easy to navigate, assignments are purposeful and specific to the subject area, making learning very relevant, to a chosen career/vocation, whilst also inspiring learning, due to current and interesting research/ information, being available, to widen knowledge. Marking turnaround is excellent. Highly recommend these vocational qualifications, that ensure professionalism and trust, are kept to a high standard and in turn, increases employability opportunities.

During my course (Ayurveda - A Foundation Certificate, Tutor Natasha Beukes) my assignments were marked on time and I received good feedback from my tutor.

I paid for and completed a Level 3 NCFE Teaching Assistant course back in 2011. I got a job straight after I passed and didn’t realise until a few years ago that I had never received my certificate.

I contacted Stonebridge in 2019 when starting my new job and needing a certificate for HR. No one responded. Thankfully this was worked around as I have a congratulations email stating I had passed and the link for the certificate. Now I am facing the same problem as I have been offered a great opportunity through my job, but the university need to see my certificate. Yet again I have contacted and had no response from anyone!

I would greatly appreciate someone contacting me regarding this.

Edit 8th December - finally have my certificate after a lot of chasing and unanswered emails. Also got contradicting emails from different people. Once you have completed your course, please set yourself reminders to chase certificate as it’s extremely hard to get it afterwards.

I have really enjoyed studying the Child Psychology Level 4 course with Stonebridge. The learning material were clear and easy to follow!

I began an Accounting course and soon realised the quality of material provided was poor. The exam questions were poorly written, regularly showing mistakes with figures, spelling and grammar. I made multiple complaints and eventually transferred to a separate Bookkeeping and separate Payroll course. I have encountered the same issues, with no help or response when I have contacted for assistance. My exams have sat unmarked for 5 months, despite being chased. I have now filed a formal complaint and intend on suspending my studies and finding a better quality course elsewhere.

Paid my money, passed the course, but I never received my certificate. I've phoned and emailed, but nothing. Poor from Stonebridge.

Very disappointing experience. What was advertised as a 1-year hydrotherapy course turned into nearly 4 years of delays, poor communication, and lack of support. Theory was delayed due to tutor issues, placements were cancelled last-minute, and I had to travel far at my own cost for an alternative.
I passed the theory part of the course and then had to wait 6 months for a placement, which was cancelled at the last minute. I was eventually provided with an alternative, nearly a year later and it was far from home so I had to cover my own travel and accommodation costs. I passed my practical exams 9 months ago and am still waiting for any confirmation or certificate. Would not recommend.

I found the course useful even though it was quite challenging at times. It required a lot of hard work but with the guidance and support of all the staff members, I was able to complete the Access to HE Diploma in Computing. I am grateful for the opportunity to study here as it helped me achieve my goal of attending university.

Absolutely abysmal. My daughter joined SC in July last year having been promised live and interactive lessons. Those never materialised. We chose a distance learning level 3 diploma course as due to her disabilities my daughter is unable to attend a brick and mortar college. After assignments taking weeks and weeks to be marked we were eventually informed in December that the course had been discontinued and she would be moved onto a new and improved course but lose all her work. She started the new course in January. She submitted a module to be marked over 4 weeks ago and has had no response despite several calls to SC (we signed up to SC but this course seems to have been taken over by learn direct). She cannot submit another modul until that module has been marked and as she has had no tutor feedback has no idea if she is proceeding correctly. Absolutely appauled by this company. We paid over £2000 for this course but the customer service is useless and the marking is ridiculously slow.

Update: My daughters module has now been marked after 4 weeks.

The support team and Mr Andrew Sean for making my journey of learning online with this college enjoyable. I am really grateful for all the support and feedback received from my tutors. Thank you

I am a student with stone bridge college - I am basing this on my experience with one of my courses Sen advance - the tutor has been amazing great at contacting me back great at marking my work in a timely manner! Thanks Alison Brown your a star- nobody has ever marked my work so quick or left lovely messages and feedback wish all the course tutors were like you (I’m doing two courses with Stonebridge)

If I could give zero I would. Paid for a course and completed it, OFQUAL registered. Completed in September, no sign of certificate, given multiple excuses for EQA and a time line which is never met, no refund for course fees offered. Awful service , awful communication, not following through on contract entered when I paid them

I have done a few courses and I really think they are worth the money, always have a tutor as back up
