I wanted to say what a friendly and excellent service with amazing directions I received. We are thrilled with the result. It has given our chewed carpet a new lease of life.

Interacting with the Stonegate Carpets team was fantastic—they're warm, accessible, and delivered outstanding customer service throughout. They installed carpets in our new loft bedroom, as well as on the stairs and landing, and the results were beautiful. The carpets boast excellent quality with expert installation. Colin also referred us to an excellent vinyl fitter for our bathroom floor.Our first experience with Stonegate Carpets was about 14 years ago, and it was very positive then as well. I would highly recommend this excellent local business without reservation.

Fantastic experience from walking in the door to the carpets being fitted. Shelley was so helpful with her advice on colour & quality & helped me choose the correct carpets which i am thrilled with. Richard always kept intouch as decorator kept moving the date & we needed to make sure there was time to fit the carpets. Glenn did a fantastic job fitting them. The whole team at Stonegate Carpets are great to deal with - friendly, approachable, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They provided us with carpets for our new loft bedroom, stairs and landing and did a lovely job. The carpets are great quality and expertly fitted. Colin also put us in touch with a very good vinyl fitter for our bathroom flooring.

I can’t rate Stonegate carpets highly enough, the communication was excellent. Shelly sent some great samples for me to look at. Richard was fantastic his customer service was outstanding, advice he gave me and the knowledge he has on carpets was amazing. Kevin fit the carpet perfectly, he arrived on time and very friendly.

We received outstanding customer service from the time we ordered our rug, right up to the point of delivery. After the initial phone call to check on the details of our order, Richard went out of his way to make sure that we were happy with our decision. We had regular updates about the delivery and when the rug arrived, we were really happy with the quality and colour. Although a little nervous to order online initially, I would highly recommend Stonegate Carpets and would not hesitate to buy from them again in the future.

I was advised,supported and kept up too date. With pictures and samples. My dream stair runner began to emerge.

I’ve recently purchased carpets for a bedroom, stairs and landing from Stonegate carpets and have been very pleased with the outcome. They had a great range to choose from, we took some samples away to help us make the final decisions. From ordering to completion was a couple of weeks, someone came out to measure up and ensure they knew what fitting accessories would be needed. There was good communication from the team and they were happy to answer questions. When it came to fitting, the fitter worked quickly and left it neat and tidy and did an excellent job fitting the carpets. I would definitely purchase from here again. I had a bespoke rug from a carpet made by the company and after a thorough email exchange to explore options, including samples sent, they made it perfectly and delivered as promised! Really happy with the end result!

My phone company up for an enquiry the lady was extremely helpful explaining the different carpets I would need. I told her the colour I would like and she recommended the carpet within a week. We have used Stonegate Carpets for nearly 30 years and have recently had 3 carpets fitted. From the initial assistance and advice from Shelley who has extensive knowledge of carpets (and endless patience!) to the final superb fitting by Glen we could not be more pleased with the service provided. I have to say customer service is off the charts in this old school approach. Very noticeable difference against other companies in general. Colin's knowledge is second to none!

Was contacted by Colin, Richard, Shelley and Kevin to do the final fit. Helped teach me how to prep the stairs and although based quite a few miles away in Leeds were efficient in understanding everything. Provided beautiful samples, great competitive costing, beautifully made and installed. Thoroughly nice people to work with and a happy dose of Yorkshire humour. Would definitely use again.

What a service, plenty of communication, the carpet we wanted was made up specifically for us, it looks better than we expected, price was reasonable ( as it was custom made ) and everything went smoothly. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Stonegate carpets are a long established and local company. We have just had our stairs and landing recarpeted by them.This is the second order we have had fulfilled by Stonegate carpets and on both occasions the quality of the carpets and fitting have been excellent..We've found all of their staff very friendly and easy to get along with.Shelley took us through a variety of options for our new carpet, helping when we needed any advice. Stonegate has a wide spectrum of quality carpets to choose from, we settled on an Ulster Carpet which was supplied and fitted at a very fair price. Good trustworthy and reliable company 👍👍

We took a long time to decide which carpet runners and underlay we wanted to buy, but staff at Stonegate Carpets never gave up on us, finding a number of ideas which might suit us. They were particularly patient when we changed our minds yet again, to return to their first suggestion. This process took a couple of months! This was all executed so helpfully online. The carpet quality is very good, just what we had hoped for.

Having previously used Stonegate back in 2013 to make a wonderful runner and fit carpets (all still looking beautiful btw) after completing building work a further runner and additional carpet were needed for our loft conversion. Stonegate once again excelled, matching the new runner to the existing (discontinued) carpets and providing exemplary service yet again. Great advice and recommendations made by the team and a seamless service from start to installation. More than delighted to recommend!

I needed two small rugs repairing round the edges - short edges badly frayed, long edges beginning to be. Richard and the team provided a swift and friendly service and did a perfect job for far less than I expected. I seem to have two new rugs instead of adding to landfill.
